All rabbits are sold on a first-come first-serve basis. I do not hold any rabbits unless a 50% non-refundable deposit is made within ten hours of agreed sale. I reserve the right to cancel any sale at any time without explanation, in which case any payment made will be fully refunded. I can transport to any shows that I am attending, or can meet at a location of my choosing in, or around Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange and pay for transport if necessary. I prefer not to hold rabbits for longer than a week, but exceptions can be made at my personal discretion. My rabbits are rigorously evaluated for disqualifications and health issues, and are believed to be free of any genetic DQ’s unless otherwise noted; in which case, the rabbit will be sold as a pet without a pedigree. I encourage all buyers to evaluate the animal at the time of sale. I reserve the right to first-pick on any rabbit that has been purchased from me and re-listed for sale.
I strive to raise healthy, competitive rabbits, and will only sell animals that I believe to be free of any and all parasites or illnesses. However, I understand that the stress of traveling and moving to a new location can be taxing and can have fatal ramifications. For this reason, I will insure any rabbit sold from my possession for up to 48 hours after the time of sale. In the event that this is necessary, the whole, dead rabbit must be returned to my possession, at which time payment will be fully refunded or the animal will be replaced with a rabbit of equal or lesser value when something becomes available. Sudden death, or discovery of any other issues, beyond this time frame are beyond my control or responsibility. This policy does not apply in situations of neglect, abuse, or intentional harm done to the animal - to be determined at my personal discretion.

Pet/4-H: I believe these rabbits fail to represent their breed standard, or they may have minor DQ’s that do not affect their health or overall appearance. I will not sell rabbits that are blind, split, have malocclusion, or are symptomatic of any illness. Pet/4-H rabbits will be sold without a pedigree.
Brood/Breeding: These rabbits may fail to represent the breed standard in certain areas, or might be on the bigger side, but will have better type that I believe could be helpful in someone else’s breeding program. They may or may not be showable due to weight requirements, so they would best perform in the barn as breeding stock for ‘pieces and parts’ to produce a more competitive generation of offspring. These rabbits will be pedigreed.
Show: These rabbits have been shown at at least one ARBA sanctioned show. They may or may not have earned legs. I believe these rabbits to be of higher quality than any other rabbits I will offer for sale, but not all rabbits deemed show quality will be of the same caliber. No rabbit is perfect, so performance is not guaranteed, but they will be showable with the ability to place mid-class or higher. Show quality rabbits may still lack in certain areas, as any rabbit would, but they will be higher quality stock. These rabbits will be pedigreed and any legs the rabbit has will be exchanged at the time of sale.
