WOW!!! Can't believe bow season starts in the morning. Good luck to all hunters. Just wanted to let you all know, if you harvest a deer and need to get it cooled down quickly, CJ says the cooler is up and running and will be available if you need it. 502 867-9997

Hey folks. Just wanted to let everyone know, I (Wade) will no longer be managing this page. CJ will be the manager. If you need me for anything you will need to send me a PM. I really, appreciate your business in the past. If I still have something of yours, rest assured, it will be completed and returned to you.

CJ does great work and I hope you will consider him for any of your taxidermy needs. I will continue to work with him a couple of days per week.

I have put a very small shop in my house to mount a few, (very few) animals per year. My focus in the next few months will be getting set up to take taxidermy students.

Once again, thank you for your past business and I hope to see you in Cynthiana.

Most folks know, my shop has been sold. I have accumulated some things over the years. These are all for sale!!! I can legally only collect what is owed, however, some paid nothing. Please PM me if you are interested in any deer, or fish mounts. I have mostly bass, small and largemouth. I have a bunch of hides as well. A lot of folks asked about hides when I was shutting down but I wanted to give customers every opportunity to pick them up. Unless money has been paid down these will be the minimum charges.
Deer minimum $250
Fish minimum $150
Hides minimum $75

Yesterday was a sad day. So many memories made in this building. 25 years is a long time to have something just to have it taken from you because someone else thinks they need it more.

Lot's of friendships made, lot"s of stories heard, lot's and lot's and lot's of animals preserved.

The original phone number is still good. CJ will do a good job for you. I am continuing to help him on a limited basis.

I am almost set up to do my own on a very limited basis. If you have my personal number you know how to get in touch with me. According to my agreement with CJ. I'm only taking in 15 or less deer per year. I'll take any mammals or birds but still, a very limited number.

Thanks to everyone who has ever trusted me with your mount. It was a good run and I'm thankful to have had the opportunity to have met so many fine people.

Wow! It's really hard to believe we are celebrating our 24th modern gun season. We would like to thank all the folks past and present who have trusted Four Seasons Taxidermy (now Ritchies Taxidermy) with their mounts. We hope to continue, but will quite possibly be our last year IN THIS LOCATION, due to the County takeover our entire block, except the Lewis Wolfe owned building on the corner, for a new Justice building.
