Looking for a cat or kitten? Come visit with us at adoptions to meet a new family member! Purr Paws does not have a shelter. We are a foster home based rescue.

Purr Paws is only able to accept cats into the program if there are spaces available in foster homes. If you are looking to place a cat or kitten into a new home, we can help you place the cat or kitten if you can keep them at your home (aka: foster them) until they are adopted or space opens up in one of the foster homes or at the Adoption Center. rr Paws is a no-kill cat rescue. We do not euthanize for space. Before Purr Paws places any cat or kitten in a new home, we:

* Spay or Neuter
* Vaccinate for FVRCCP (Kitten Shots)
* Vaccinate for Rabies (if old enough)
* Test for FIV/FeLV
* Treat for worms
* Treat for fleas
* Treat for ear mites
* Microchip (most cats and kittens)
* Any other treatment required to bring the cat or kitten to good health

We can also provide information for Low Cost Spay and Neuter, as well as being willing to work with individuals who are having difficulties with their cats or kittens to try and keep the cats and kittens in their current home. Hi! We are Winky and Grayvy. We were found in the summer before hurricane Beryl. We are both extremely affectionate kitties. While one of us is a bit more shy, the other one is quite outgoing. We are bonded so we would have to be adopted together ❤️ If you are looking for lap/cuddly pair of kitties we would be the perfect fit! We don’t want to grow up in foster care. Houston PetSet is partnering with Houston Spay Neuter this month to help fix owned animals. There are currently several appointments available for dogs and cats on 12/19 and 12/20.
Qualifications
OWNED ANIMALS ONLY
Must be at least 3 months old and 3 pounds.
Only 3 animals per household/owner.

You must pay a $20.00 non refundable deposit at the time of scheduling and then the remaining balance will be covered by Houston PetSet. This includes the surgery, rabies, DHPP, FVRCP, and microchip. Any additional services must be paid by owner.

Meet Finn and Bear. We are two very bonded brothers, and the last two in our litter still waiting to find that magical home our siblings were blessed with. Yes we love our FOSTER family to the moon and back, but we know our forever family is out there somewhere looking for us. We are crossing our tiny paws that the stars will align soon and we will find each other. Finn can be a bit shy, but finds all his confidence with his brother Bear. We are super sweet and if you play video games, we will be by your side making sure you're the board leader. Please don't overlook us because we're a little bit older and help us make 2024 our best year ever! We will always believe dreams really do come true.
