We want to inform you that Animal ER of Northwest Houston is currently undergoing some changes. These changes include new ownership, clinic renovations, and adjustments to how we do business. Our ultimate goal is to provide exceptional experiences for every pet and pet parent that comes through our doors.

Community feedback and support is essential to our success. In order to better serve you and your pet, we are requesting your assistance. Our main priority is to ensure that your pet receives the best possible care during their visit. As part of our process, a deposit may be requested in case your pet requires unexpected care during their stay. This deposit has previously been referred to as “comfort care,” but we have realized that this term can be confusing and add unnecessary stress during an already difficult time.

We kindly ask for your input in selecting a new name for this deposit. Please take a moment to vote for your favorite name from the choices provided on the linked Google form.

This is sweet Maggie. ❤️ She was out in her yard in the Tomball 77377 area when she stumbled upon an unexpected guest, a porcupine.

Fortunately, Maggie had all 100+ quills removed by our fabulous ER team and is recovering well at home!

For those in the Tomball region, this porcupine is on the loose, please use caution with your pets!
