Upcoming Events

I will be there looking for my new home. We haven't sold the farm yet but we have a few people interested. I may stay to help transition the new owners, if I can. It will take me 6 months to move out! I am nervous about leaving the farm, but looking forward to doing what I want, not what I have to do. I am praying and asking for help which served me well, 25 years ago when I found this place. It has been a wonderful, crazy, exhilarting, terrifying, sad, ecstatic, enlightening, time. I have had wonderful people come and go, some stayed for a while and became family.(Some tolerated me longer than others) I have enjoyed most of it. I will not miss looking for Cooper because he has jumped the fence again, fixing fences, burying great horses, being too exhausted to get up. I will miss all the people who have found a home here and a passion for horses, the kids that have grown up around me, the same horse who drives me crazy carrying everybody down the trail with a better attitude than I have. Cooper, Fancy and Loreli are going with me, as are all of you in memories. Some will make me laugh, others weep. As Jerry Garcia once said. "What a long, strange trip its been". Thanks to all of you who shared it with me.

September 8th through the 10th, Kelly’s Tiny Homes will be attending the Tiny House Festival in Chattanooga Tennessee from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Anyone who would like to give their kids a horse experience can call about a camp. We will schedule if there is interest. We will do camps if there are 3-5 kids who wish to attend. It is generally 75 to 100 a day, depending on hours. We can do 1-4 days. Children will have one on one instruction. We guarantee they will get very comfortable on a horse, learn or expand their competence, understand how to be safe around a horse, and have a great time. Call us if you have a group. 770-682-9176
