Apalachee River Animal Hospital

Apalachee River Animal Hospital Excellent Care for Your Exceptional Pets Dr. Randy Prezzano is originally from a small town in the
rural Hudson River Valley region of New York. Drs.

In 1991, Dr. Randy moved to Florida and attended The University of Florida where he pursued his degree in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Randy received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Florida in May 2000. Dr. Randy's career as a practicing veterinarian led him first to Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and then to Ocala, Florida where he remained in practice for 10years. Four of

those years were spent as a partner in a large veterinary hospital. Dr. Randy began his career in veterinary medicine when he became a kennel assistant in high school and now he has been led to practice ownership here in Dacula. Dr. Randy and his wife, Dr. Destiny, have a beautiful daughter and adorable twin boys. Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Randy's interests include fishing, hiking, gardening, and relaxing with his family. Dr. Destiny Prezzano grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania and moved to Florida
to finish high school. She attended the University of Florida where she completed a B.S. degree in Animal Science and graduated cumlaude in 2005 with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree. She began practicing as a veterinarian along with her husband, Dr. Randy Prezzano, in a large, progressive companion animal hospital in Ocala, Florida. Dr. Destiny has a strong passion for veterinary medicine that began at age16 when she served as a kennel assistant. Her veterinary passion is enhancing the human-animal bond by improving her patient’s health and offering treatment options that work for both the pet and their owner. Dr. Destiny has special interests in internal medicine, ultrasound diagnostics, complicated case management, soft tissue surgery and pain management. Destiny enjoys running, spending time by the water and traveling. Destiny and Randy
have three children, a daughter and twin boys as well as two very fluffy dogs. The Prezzanos attend Hebron Baptist Church and enjoy serving their community. Dr. Jessica Bremer is a native of Atlanta, completing both her B.S. degree in Animal Science & her DVM degree at the University of Georgia, with honors both times. Becoming a veterinarian had been her dream since the age of six. Dr. Bremer started working in the veterinary field as a kennel assistant in 2007, eventually becoming a veterinary assistant until starting vet school in 2010. Dr. Bremer loves the diversity of general practice, but has a special interest in internal medicine, soft tissue surgery & client education. Outside of work she & her husband Ryan like spending time outdoors camping, hiking and kayaking. They share their home with their son, their 2 dogs Logan and Little Squirrel, and Baby Cat, who is aptly named because he showed up at their home as a feral kitten and picked them to be his parents. Dr. Supriya Hughes is originally from Lilburn, GA. Ever since she was a young child, becoming a veterinarian has been her passion. Dr. Hughes first started working as a veterinary assistant in college prior to admission into veterinary school. She completed a B.S. degree in Biology, as well as her DVM, at the University of Georgia. Her interests include dermatology, neurology, and preventive medicine. In her free time, Dr. Hughes likes reading and playing board games with family and friends. She has two dogs, Holly and Loki, and a cat, Toothless.

Getting your pet’s teeth checked is essential for their overall health. Just like humans, pets are prone to dental issues like plaque, tartar buildup, gum disease, and tooth decay. These problems can cause pain, difficulty eating, bad breath, and even more serious health conditions like heart disease, liver problems, and kidney damage. Regular dental check-ups help catch issues early, ensure your pet’s teeth stay healthy, and prevent more costly or painful treatments later on. Healthy teeth contribute to a longer, happier life for your furry friend! 🐾🦷 https://apalacheeriveranimalhospital.com/pet-dentistry-in-dacula-ga/
