Valentine's Special tonight (Wednesday 2/14): We will be offering couples carriage rides on the Dahlonega Square tonight beginning at approximately 6 pm.
For all of you wishing to gain some big brownie points this evening with your sweetheart, come on out . The weather will be beautiful for a romantic ride.
The carriage will be located at our normal loading zone at 19 North Seafood Restaurant. The cost will be $50 a couple plus tip.
For larger groups or families please talk to the driver regarding cost.

12/31/23: Happy New Years Eve. Yes, we will be bringing the carriages on the square tonight for the last time this season from 4 until 8 pm, give or take. There were no lines last night, so most of the time it was a load and go. We will monitor the New Years Eve activities and the noise factor on the square, and if safety becomes an issue, we will leave earlier.
We are thankful to have had great weather this December compared to last year's, and are very appreciative of all the support from everyone.

12/29 Friday. So, we are to see snow flurries off and on all day today even though the temperature will be in the 40's ??? Either way, we will have the carriages on the square around 4pm and stay until the line is gone, which will be between 8 and 9 pm. The drivers will be cold so they will not wait around long and ask that you come sooner than later if you can. December 27 Wednesday we are in town with the Carriages. It’s a absolutely gorgeous night. It is not overly crowded. The line is not long it’s probably gonna be the best weather night of the week so come out and enjoy the town.

12/26 Tuesday I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. We recorded 3 1/2 inches of rain yesterday so it was a great day to stay home and do nothing. We are seeing that Dahlonega is tracking rain off and on all day today so we will not be coming in town with the carriages today. We are planning on coming into town tomorrow and most of this week weather permitting. We are expecting to be busy but not crazy crowded like we were before Christmas. This will be the last week that we will be in town this season before we shut it down for the year and not be back until next thanksgiving. See you all on the square this week. Bring a blanket as it will be colder than last week.
