Winter Weather Pet Safety: Keep Your Furry Friends Safe and Warm!

🐾Limit Outdoor Time:
- Keep walks short and avoid extended exposure to the cold.
- Wipe paws to remove salt and ice.

🐾Provide Warm Shelter:
- Bring pets indoors during extreme cold.
- Ensure outdoor shelters are insulated and elevated off the ground.

🐾Protect from Frostbite:
- Use pet-safe booties or paw balms for protection.
- Dress pets in warm clothing, especially smaller or short-haired breeds.

🐾Check Under Your Car:
- Tap the hood before starting your car— stray cats often seek warmth near engines.

🌟 Help A Dog In Need🌟

Meet Max, a gentle soul who’s endured more hardship than any dog should. When he came to us, he was heartbreakingly skinny, his ribs visible under his fragile frame. On top of his severe malnourishment, Max is dealing with an aggravating, inflamed third eyelid that needs surgery to remove.

Despite his struggles, Max’s spirit shines. He greets everyone with a wagging tail and a spark of hope in his eyes. He deserves a chance to know what it means to be healthy and loved.

We need your help to cover his surgery and on going medical needs. Every dollar you donate will go to Max’s care.

Please, if you can, donate today to help us give Max the life he’s been waiting for. If you can’t donate, sharing this post can go a long way in finding more people who can. Together, we can transform his story from one of neglect to one of hope and healing.

Urgent Need for Dog Houses!
Winter is here, and many dogs in our community are left without proper shelter from the cold. You can make a difference by donating dog houses to keep these pups safe and warm.

What We Need:
- Sturdy dog houses (new or gently used)
- Insulated or weatherproof designs preferred
- All sizes welcome!
