Hi friends, it’s me again — Buttercup! 🐾
I just wanted to say thank you for all the love on my first post. You sure know how to make a girl feel special! 💛

I’m starting to come out of my shell more every day. I’ve been practicing my head tilts, learning to trust new people, and perfecting my “treat please?” face (I think I’ve nailed it 🐶).

I’m still waiting for my forever family, but I know they’re out there. Until then, I’ll be here being the sweet, gentle girl everyone says I am. ☀️

We can’t believe this sweet girl is still at the shelter. Mable came in full of life, wagging her tail and flashing that sparkly smile like a star on the red carpet. 🌟 But months have passed… and shelter stress is taking a toll on her spirit.

She’s still the same loving, playful pup who wants nothing more than to run free, chase a ball, and snuggle up next to her favorite person — she just needs a chance.

🚨 We’re Asking Again—Because They’re Still Waiting 🐾

This is our third time offering half-off adoptions because the need hasn’t gone away. In fact, it’s grown.

Our shelter is bursting at the seams with cats and dogs who have been surrendered, abandoned, or dumped. And every day, more arrive with nowhere else to go.

We’ve slashed adoption fees again to help them find homes:

🐱 Cats: $37
🐶 Dogs: $50

They come vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and ready to love you forever.

We know times are hard but so are theirs. They don’t understand why they’ve been left behind. What they do understand is kindness, a warm bed, and someone to come home to.

Three names. One mission. Total chaos (the cuddly kind).

Inspired by the cartoon legends, our Ed, Eddy, and Edna are just as unforgettable — but with way fewer scams and a lot more snuggles.

🐶 Ed – The lovable goofball
Big head, bigger heart. Runs like a potato, loves belly rubs, and believes every stick is a treasure.

🐶 Eddy – The ringleader
Smallest of the crew, but definitely in charge (or so he thinks). Loves attention, snacks, and being slightly dramatic.

💔 Carl’s Still Waiting 💔

…and he’s starting to wonder if love really is out there.

You may remember Carl, our certified Short King™ with the soulful eyes and big personality. He’s been on “the apps” (okay, our page) for a while now. He wrote the Tinder bio. He posed for the camera. He brought the charm. But somehow… he’s still here.

Carl is:
✅ Neutered
✅ Cuddle-qualified
✅ 100% emotionally available

What gives?

He’s sweet. He’s silly. He loves people. And he just wants someone to pick him.

We don’t know why Carl keeps getting passed over. Maybe it’s because he’s been here too long and people assume something’s “wrong.” (There isn’t.) Maybe it’s because he’s not a tiny puppy. (He’s better — he knows how to chill.) Maybe it’s just luck. (And his is running low.)

With a name like Frizzle, you know she’s got a spark! 🔥 This tiny tortie is equal parts curious, spunky, and sweet. She’s ready to wiggle her way into your heart (and maybe your lap, if you’re lucky).

Frizzle may be small, but her personality is big. She’s the kind of kitten who pounces first and asks questions later: chasing toys, climbing cat trees, and making sure no shoelace is left untied. And when she’s finally tired out? That’s when the cuddles begin. 🥹💕
