We sincerely appreciate you and all of our other pup parents for allowing us to care for your fur babies. It is a true honor that we do not take lightly.
🐾 We will be closed Christmas Day for our team to have the opportunity to celebrate with family.
🎅There have been some long days over the last two weeks (however, this is a blessing). Some starting at 7 am and ending at 9 pm. We have diligently tried to accommodate all of our amazing pup families as we can. Tomorrow, we will be able to spend the day with our kiddos.
🗓️ We are currently doing a facelift on our online booking portal in preparation for the 2025 schedule. We know many of our pup parents like to schedule each of their pups spa days in advance so that they stay on a regular, healthy schedule and to ensure their preferred dates are booked. Our online booking software allows you to book each of these appointments a year in advance. In the meantime, we are happy to set up recurring appointments for you. A reminder will also be sent out for your convenience.
📱 Texting us at 334.494.8435 is by far the best way to each us. This allows us to respond in between providing our attention to the pups entrusted in our care. The next best way to reach us is by calling us at 334.494.8435. If we are unable to answer, please leave a voicemail or text.
⏰ We are open by appointment six days each week.
🤵We do offer one on one “VIP” appointments for pups who prefer to have a spa day straight through with no distractions (fellow pups). This service requires an upfront deposit to secure the appointment and the groom price is 150% as there is no cost sharing with the groom team on the clock. These appointments as well as weekend appointments must be booked by texting or calling 334.494.8435.

🐾 DESHED: Bath in quality deshedding shampoo and conditioner, blow dry, brush, rake/curry, nail trim, ear cleaning, perfume, and bandanna or bow.
🐾 HAND STRIP: Bath in quality shampoo and conditioner, blow dry, brush, using proper technique with tools, nail trim, ear cleaning, perfume, and bandanna or bow.
🐾 BATH: Bath with quality shampoo and conditioner, blow dry, brush, nail trim, ear cleaning, perfume, and bow or bandana.
🐾 NAIL TRIM: all grooming services include nail trimming and dremel if your pup will tolerate the dremel.
🐾 EAR CLEANING: All grooming services include ear cleaning as well.

Note: Services can be tailored for your needs. If you prefer no perfume or if your pup needs one of our specialty shampoo/conditioners such as hypoallergenic or other treatments, we can make that happen.
