Circle H Headquarters has consigned 3 polled two year old bulls to this sale Wednesday at Buffalo Livestock Marketing Inc. All of them offer a combination of horned and polled genetics that are proven performers in our own herd.

All of them are structurally sound, extremely docile and are easy keepers. They were developed on range for longevity. They all have recent fertility tests with excellent results.

Lot 6 has been tested homozygous polled with GE-EPDs. He’s out of a 124Y son who has seen extensive use in our herd.

Lot 8 is a bona fide heifer bull candidate with a pedigree stacked with proven breed leading calving ease sires. He is sired by our 240 son who has been used for many years on our own heifers. On the dam side he goes back to Sheyenne and 028x. This bull is truly distinguished with 13 of 20 traits in the top 25% of the breed.

Lot 9 is out of the same sire as Lot 6 and traces back to 1013Y and 3027.

Both sires represented in these lots have sired highly attractive females retained in our own herd.

Circle H Headquarters is seeking applicants for our Cattle Herdsman position located in Dalhart, TX. The Cattle Herdsman is primarily responsible for daily care of our registered Hereford and commercial cow calf herd. Please email inquiries to [email protected].

Additional consideration will be given to applicants who are self motivated, have strong written and verbal communication skills, experienced in cow calf and stocker operations, proficient with cattle record keeping systems, experienced in phenotypic selection, prioritize data integrity, experienced in process management, have ability to recognize individual animal needs, experienced with sales and marketing of purebred cattle and have ability to operate a variety of ranch equipment.
