MossyBottoms Goose! Happy graduation day my boy. Proud of this pup! His owners did an amazing job raising him up. What am I going to do for 48 hours without a dog? Get ready for another! 2 more pups to train then it’s time to get the blinds ready.

Does anyone know of an exceptional yellow male that is intact and papered? We are wanting a litter of yellow pups. However I’m picky. He must have drive but a calm demeanor. Medium to large build. Do not want a black nosed male. Missy sunny produces great hunters and should be going into heat in a few weeks.

First training dog of 2024. Miss Tully found her first shed tonight. I might be partial because she’s a MossyBottoms dog but dang shes smart and sweet. Loves to watch TV in the evenings and tells me when it’s time for bed.

Our new friend Brad at DNA Dirt Nap Afflictions came to the Big island training ground’s and called in 2 nice coyotes and this one wasn’t as fast as the other. Thanks guys!

With only 7 days left of duck season I’ve gotta say. This has been a great duck season. It’s starts with hard work for months straight before the season to put up the numbers we’ve put up. From planting millet, blind work, repairs, to four wheeler and boat maintenance. Let’s not forget the amazing dogs that work their asses off to retrieve our birds.

Oh boy

I hate seeing this. An accident can happen very quickly. Many years ago when Angel was a pup, she spotted some ducks get up in front of us, ran to the front of the boat, and bloop!!!! Luckily….. I was running my mud motor and had extra time to get the prop out of the water. Now that I train dogs I’ve made it a priority to teach them to ride on the floor of the boat. Boating and dog safety tip of the day.
