This is educational not judgmental: This is a prime example why all merle breeding should be tested if full rights home is offered. I have a boy that does not have a spot on him and no indicators that he is merle by looking. But, genetically he is merle and had I not tested him and placed him in a breeding situation he could have been placed with a merle and it would have had catastrophic consequences for innocent puppies. Genetic testing isn't only about colors it is also educational and important.
