Ingredients
4 pounds pork spareribs
½ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Slice ribs into individual pieces. Combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and garlic in a large bowl; stir until honey and sugar are completely dissolved, then stir in baking soda. The mixture will begin to foam. Transfer ribs to the bowl and turn to coat.
Cover a cookie sheet with foil; arrange ribs meat-side up on the prepared sheet. Pour excess sauce over ribs and sprinkle with garlic salt.

2 tablespoons olive oil 🫒
4 tablespoons unsalted butter 🧈

4–5 sprigs fresh thyme 🌿
2 sprigs fresh rosemary 🌿
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 🧂
Directions

Step 1: Prepare the Steaks

Remove the ribeye steaks from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for 30–45 minutes.
Pat them dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear. Season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Step 2: Preheat the Pan

Heat a large cast-iron skillet over high heat until very hot. Add the olive oil and let it shimmer.

Supper tonight was Sauted porkchops, air fryer potatos and fresh green beans!!

Porkchops:
I took my porkchops and marinated them in a little oil and lemon juice. After that I put a little oil in a pan and seasoned my porkchops on both sides with (creole seasoning, salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika) I think cooked my porkchops in my oiled pan for around 8 min per side.

Potatos:
I diced up my potatos and added to a bowl with oil and same seasonings (creole seasoning, salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika). I then placed in airfryer and cooked at 400° for 8 mins then gave the potatos a shake and cooked for another 8 min at 400°.

Green beans:
I took and snapped about a pound of green beans and added them to a crockpot with enough water to cover them. I then added some ham from my freezer. Then I added my seasoning ( chicken bouion, creole seasoning, salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika). I also added 2 tablespoons of butter and let the green beans cook on high for 4 hours.

Rack of Lamb

Ingredients:
2 racks of lamb (about 1.5 lbs each), frenched
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Prepare the Marinade:

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Season the Lamb:

Pat the racks of lamb dry with paper towels. Rub the marinade evenly over both sides of the lamb racks.
Sear the Lamb (Optional):

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the lamb racks, fat side down, for 2-3 minutes until browned.
Roast:

230 gr fresh noodles
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 small onion, peeled and cut into pieces
230g medium-sized shrimp
350g clams
125g squid, cut into rings
125g bay scallops , or sea scallops
4 tablespoons Chili Paste
1 tablespoon chili powder
4 cups chicken broth, or bone broth
125g napa cabbage, cut into pieces
125g bok choy
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce, or to taste
salt , to taste
2 stalks scallions, cut into strips

Instructions
Cook the fresh noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, or until there is a firm bite in the center. Drain and set aside. Do not cook them all the way through.

On high heat, heat a pot with the cooking oil. Add the garlic and onion, and stir-fry until aromatic. Then, add the shrimp, clams, squid, scallops, gochujang, and chili powder. Stir to combine well.

Add the broth, followed by the napa cabbage and bok choy. Bring the soup to a quick boil. Add soy sauce and salt to taste. Add the noodles to the soup and cook for 30 seconds, then stir in the scallions. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
