I ship anywhere within the United States weather permitting, to ensure safety of the animal. All animals will only be shipped using Fed Express Priority Overnight. Liv
e arrival is only guaranteed if you have the animal held for pick-up at the post office to ensure the safest method of delivery. If you choose to have it directly delivered to your home, please note this will waive your guaranteed live arrival and the health of the animal. I strongly discourage this option and ask that all animals are held at the post office for the animals safety and well-being. Please note that all shipping costs are separately covered by the buyer, and are not included in the chameleon's price. Exceptions will be made in specific circumstances. DOA Claims
In the unfortunate situation that an animal does arrive DOA, you must contact me immediately after the animal has been delivered. Images are requested. I cannot issue any refunds or credit if I'm not contacted immediately upon the animals arrival. I will credit you with another animal of the same value or offer a full refund should the claim be issued immediately. I will cover the replacement shipping cost fully. SEXING GUARANTEE
Though I guarantee you will receive the gender of chameleon requested, in the rare case a mistake is made, I will fully replace/refund the animal on my behalf. The animal must be shipped back in its original box exactly as instructed to ensure the animal arrives safely. I will cover all shipping costs and you will receive the label, heat pad/cool pad from me. Once the animal is returned, I will send you the replacement. PLEASE NOTE- The animal MUST be packed properly as instructed to ensure safe arrival to me and eligibility for refund/replacement. ANIMAL WELLBEING / COMMUNICATION
To ensure the wellbeing of all my animals that have gone to their new forever homes, I encourage you to reach out anytime you have a question about your new baby! My goal as a breeder is to see all of my babies in loving, caring homes and I will be here to help in anyway I can! Please feel free to message me anytime and I will get back to you as soon as possible with any questions that arise! Please also note- if further down the line you are unable to keep your chameleon due to whatever circumstances, please reach out and I will always take that animal back to ensure it will be looked after, if no other proper home can be found. Shipping will be covered by buyer, but no refunds can be given. I understand life happens and things can change, so please never hesitate to contact me if you need assistance. HEALTH GUARANTEE
I strive to produce healthy, beautiful chameleons for you to enjoy and most of all, be happy with. During the first ten days, I will offer a full health guarantee on all of my animals. Please reach out to me within those 10 days if any concerns arise. I will require a detailed explanation regarding husbandry, supplement, food, and pictures of the enclosure as well as the animal in its current condition. Should the health issues, injury, etc be due to improper care, the health guarantee will be void. It is critical to follow the Care Sheet that will come packed with your animal, as well as to properly research these animals beforehand to ensure the wellbeing of your chameleon. I will not cover any treatment costs for any animal that became sick due to improper care. The animal can however be returned to me to ensure it will be properly receive treatment. In the opposite scenario where the animal may have been injured during delivery, gotten sick beforehand, etc, I will happily offer a refund or replacement of the animal, once it has arrived back safely to me. Shipping instructions must be followed 100% for this to apply. All expenses will be covered on my behalf. My goal is to ensure all of my customers are happy with their chameleons and I will be more than willingly to help in these rare situations that may arise.
