2. Call and inform our reception team of your arrival providing your pet's name, appointment time, and vehichle's details.
3. A teammate will attend to you outside to gather a comprehensive history of your pet and concerns.
4. The teammate will then es**rt your pet inside for the scheduled services.

Please ensure your pet is safely secured with a leash, collar, or carrier.
