I know it says dog, but I had specifically got one of these (different brand that is sold out) to help me do plushy haircuts on cats for owners that didn't want a super short haircut. These machines used to be twice as much when they first came out and now that they have become popular they are easier to obtain. Even if you just want to suck up dead fur and dander while you brush your kitty, it would help.

I know it looks like a toy brush and that it says only for dogs, but this has been my all-time favorite brush for brushing my short-haired cat and she absolutely loves it. However, I have also used it for long-haired cats when I needed to fluff up certain areas to help them dry faster or get small tangles out. I saw a post the other day about one of those break-away collars not un-doing when the owner's cat got stuck and it turned into a bloody mess.

For me, the only reason I don't use the break-away collars is because my cat used to be a stray and when I first started to try to keep her in my patio, she would still find a way out and the collar always disappeared on her adventure.

So, I found these collars that have an elastic part on them in the event that she did get stuck somewhere she could still slide out. I only had to buy a new one once. Luckily, I finally got her to be an inside cat. She still gets to hangout on the patio as long as she has her harness and leash on under my supervision and she gets to go for backpack rides, so she still feels like she gets to go on adventures.

Although I believe I keep my apartment fairly clean, I'll find a couple bugs here and there. It's probably the downside of apartment living and when you have an entrance door that leads straight to the outside. This has always been and will always be my favorite spray to use around the edges of my walls after cleaning; beds and carpet, too. One of the hardest things to find is a natural flea repellent without any chemicals or medical side effects to your bestie. As someone who moved to areas that are infested, California and Texas, I had never dealt with fleas the way I had to while living in these two states. She may act like a baby when it's time to groom her, but she rubs herself all over the house and is extra snuggly afterwards 🥰

She used to come in a nervous wreck when she first started getting groomed. We used our calming spa with lavender and chamomile shampoo and conditioner to help ease her through the process and kept her on with the same groomer (me) to help build a relationship with. Now she's all wiggles and kisses 🥰 She's still a bit feisty for her front nails and drying her head, but she's come a long way.

She used to be so nervous. We always use the calm spa for her to help her relax and enjoy herself. Now she's all wiggles and kisses for most of the groom. Still a bit feisty for those front nails and drying around the head, but definitely a much happier camper 🥰

Pomeranians are high maintenance pups! They shed just as much as your huskies and labs. The difference is their coat is so thick and long that the dead and loose coat has to be forced out with a brush. No, you cannot do it every few months! The shedding cycle is every 28 days, and no two hairs are on the same schedule. That means weekly brushing if you don't want to pay me to get rid of it all. This was just the first hour of brushing, and it cost $1 per minute. Yes, it can be painful! Unless you are brushing them weekly.

He's really trying not to show anyone he's kneading biscuits right now because he feels so good after his groom ☺️

One of my favorite kids 🥰 He loves coming in for his spa day. He gets the blueberry facial because he will get little dried up scabs around his nose and mouth sometimes. He gets the de-shedding treatment to help get rid of his undercoat and then we clip him down a bit. It's a bit shorter than I would like, but the owner prefers it this way so he is easier to maintain and because he is a pretty old man that stays indoors.
