🐾 Hello there, I’m Dolce! My name means “sweet” in Italian, and it fits me purrfectly. 🥰 I’m young, playful, and oh-so-friendly—great with kids and other cats!💕

We are so very grateful for our volunteers that help our around the shelter! Our February Volunteers of the Month: Tamra Dohman and her wonderful Notre Dame students Ruth, Jesus, Joshua, and Angel!

Our Notre Dame volunteers play a crucial role in behind-the-scenes tasks that keep our shelter running smoothly. Whether it's folding laundry, washing dishes, or ensuring our cats have clean, comfortable kennels, their contributions help create a healthier and happier environment for the animals in our care.

We asked what drew them to the SPCA of Texas, and what they wish people know about volunteering with us?

"[The] students are big pet lovers and this is the perfect place to volunteer! [We wish people knew] how thankful staff is and how much the dogs enjoy seeing [our students]!"

We are beyond grateful for their continued support and dedication. Thank you to Tamra and all of our Notre Dame students for your hard work and commitment to helping animals in need!
