Got 2 140 # Great Danes that are getting spayed. The 'cone of shame' is not going to be feasible with them, so I was thinking of a body suit. Where can I get one that will fit these big girls?

Got to work with a few clients on Saturday.
First up was Pandora. She took a short break from training, so we had a refresher session. She has gotten so big!
Then, I got to work with Olivia, who also had taken a break from training to spend the holidays with her family, both human and animal. We had a refresher session as well. She is so excited to see me. It warms my heart.
The last session of the day was with Ms. Raven. She is going through a rebellious stage, so we worked on long leash time and recall. That way, she got some freedom but still had to respond to the handler because she was still leashed.

Success story!
Gouda is a young pit, full of energy. We have been working on controlling that energy so he can coexist with the other dogs in the house. He has been doing great.
His owner had family over for the holidays, so there was a lot of excitement. Gouda was able to be out with everyone and the rest of his pack. It was an awesome achievement!

Success story:
I've been working with these 2 German Shepherd rescues, Donner and Blitzen. We have been working on all kinds of skills. Lately, we have worked on being ok not being in the middle of the action. When the owners have people over, the dogs would go crazy. Jumping, not listening, and being wild. We worked on putting a baby gate up to keep the dogs in a room. This would allow them to hear and see things but not be under foot. We worked on this being a positive thing. We worked on the dogs' self calming in this situation.
Well, the owners had a little Christmas get-together and put the 2 pups behind a baby gate in a room. They did AWESOME!! They owners were getting compliments on how well behaved their pups are.
It's stories like this that warm my heart and full my passion.

Worked with Gouda and Jake on being together, in the same space.
We practiced by walking together, doing tricks together, and getting rewarded in a calm state of mind with food, together. We talked about body language, what to look for, when to step in, and how to step in without making it worse for anyone. We talked about the human's energy and how that plays into these situations. Everyone did so well
