Good afternoon.
We will be open tomorrow Friday but due to the weather we will have a limited crew. We’re also getting ready in case the front entrance gets slippery, if you need help please give us a help. We are here to serve all of our customers, any questions or if you need to take your pup in in case of an emergency please don’t hesitate to give us a call and we just ask to be patient with us the next couple of days . AN APOLOGY FROM DOWNTOWN DOG
-For the last several months we’ve been trying every way we know how to avoid raising our rates. One way was to adopt a new credit/debit card processing system. It promised to streamlined checking out for you and save time and some confusion for us. Unfortunately, it also cost you more by charging you an additional activation fee each time you paid. It is not what we intended.
As of March 1st that fee will go away. We wish it could be sooner but in the meantime you can still avoid it by paying cash, or just bear with us until the first of next mont.
Again, we regret any disservice. We truly enjoy taking care of your pups and honestly value your continued patronage,without costing you any more than absolutely necessary.
