✨IMPORTANT UPDATE✨

So Baby E has been nothing short of simple since day one & it’s been quite an adventure 😅
I recently had to visit a specialist for some issues that I honestly would have never known about unless he came into the picture. So for that, I’m truly grateful. I wanted so bad to work my entire pregnancy & take some months off after his arrival in September❤️ BUT life had other plans apparently.

Yesterday I was told that as he gets heavier & in position there is a biiiiiiiiiiiig possibility that he could arrive ALOT sooner than we expected.😭🙃 I have been instructed to take it VERY EASY (I have no clue what that is🤣) for the next couple of months as I could even end up on bed rest to try and prevent this from happening. 🙈 Although it’s a little bit scary to think about, I know everything will happen the way it’s suppose to.
So with that being said, my limit of pups at the house is going to decrease dramatically😫 Shelby will be a huge helping hand for daycare so on busy days, she will help by taking some of the pups to play at her house.❤️ Boarding will be limited to 4-6 pups max so PLEASE make sure you’re sending in your requests as soon as possible to ensure a spot. If we are at max, please prepare for other arrangements as i can’t guarantee we will be able to make accommodations❤️ Walks and check ins will be taken over by Shelby as well 💕

This will begin to go in affect Mid July- End of July but an email announcement will be sent prior to remind yall. As always, thank you for understanding & being the best clients ever as we wait for Elijah’s arrival. 🥹🫶🏼

I have been fortunate enough to make it this far with out requiring deposits. But unfortunately due to an influx of outstanding balances and last minute cancellations, CMTCS will require a non refundable deposit in order to book/secure your stay. As much as i would like to keep it simple, this is something that will help me. This business although seems like nothing but fun, is also my livelihood. Invoices that are not paid affect my bills, my groceries, paying my staff & etc.

I am not the best at admin work so for client invoices who are not updated, that is not your fault or responsibility and will be acknowledged as so. ❤️

The app will now require deposits for booking & i appreciate you all for understanding. I never wanted it this way, but I’ve learned… I’m way too nice & just love your dogs😭😭😭❤️

The Critter Sitter was founded in 2014 when I , Mildred Neal decided to pursue my love for animals even further. Growing up with many pets really helped me understand the responsibility that comes with caring for them. After high school, I started my first job at Petsmart. I enjoyed every bit of meeting people and the most important thing to them. I met so many pets big and small! My life revolved around pets and it was great. After a year and a half at Petsmart, I decided to apply for Banfield to further my animal care experience. I learned so much from great coworkers. Everyday was a great day because I came into work knowing I was helping a pet. I began petsitting for coworkers and it all went up hill from there! With time, I was taking care of pets and showing them all the love they deserved! Fast forward 5 years and here I am. I was able to cut my hours at the vet and pursue this business full-time. I have loved every moment of making this company what its become. My clients are my family and their pets are just as mine.
