Oso has been neutered, microchipped and is up to date on all his vaccinations. He is housed at the Russell E. Dealey Animal Rescue Center, so you’ll need an appointment to meet him. Animals are available for adoption at both the SPCA of Texas Dallas Animal Care Center (2400 Lone Star Drive) and the Ellis County Animal Care Center (2570 FM Road 878 in Waxahachie, Texas).

Through November 30th, it’s “Name Your Price” for all adoption fees! On Monday, November 11th—Veterans Day—all veterans and active duty personnel can adopt a pet for free!

Dogs can be super sensitive to unfamiliar costumes and busy sidewalks full of trick-or-treaters, so we recommend leaving them home. If ringing doorbells may upset your pet, create a safe space for them in a separate room with white noise.
