Someone needs this today!
To the one who believes and the one who isn’t sure yet
Life has a way of breaking us all. Sometimes it’s loud and sudden, like a storm. Other times it’s quiet and slow, like a steady drip that wears down stone. Whether you walk with faith or walk with questions, you’ve likely known what it feels like to be cracked open by grief, disappointment, or failure.
But what if brokenness isn’t the end of the story? What if it’s the beginning of something sacred?
For the believer, brokenness is not a sign of weakness it’s the soil where grace grows. It’s the place where God meets us, not with condemnation, but with compassion. For the one still searching, wondering if there’s anything beyond the pain, consider this: maybe the cracks in your life aren’t proof that you’re unworthy. Maybe they’re the very places where light can get in.
“It takes broken soil to produce a crop, broken clouds to give rain, broken grain to give bread, broken bread to give strength. It is the broken alabaster box that gives forth perfume. God uses the weakest, broken people, not because they are capable. He uses them when they make themselves available. God doesn’t need us to be capable, He just needs us to be available! So if you feel flawed, that’s ok. You’re in great company.
Remember it is not about you and what YOU can do. It is about Him and what He can and will accomplish THROUGH you. You will have to take care of that part! We should all be thankful that God uses the broken things of this world because we all are in one way or another! And it is in our weakness that, through Him, we are made strong!
2 Corinthians 12:10”
So whether you’re standing firm in faith or barely holding on, know this: your story isn’t over. Your brokenness doesn’t disqualify you , it may be the very thing that prepares you to carry hope, healing, and purpose into the world.
You are not alone. You are not forgotten. And you are not beyond redemption.
