This one brought tears to my eyes, and also gave me strength. Both at the same time.
I always tell my people when they buy a puppy from me that I'm committed to them and their baby for life.
Friends for life.
I still haven't figured out how to separate business from friendship in these Bulldogs. I'm trying because sometimes it's gotten me into trouble.

A TRIBUTE TO RIGGS (And also to his daddy Tim)

"Concerning I am Bulldog and Mike Tucker

9 years ago, I decided that I wanted to try an English Bulldog. My dog had passed away and It was time for a new love. I had just moved to Texas. Being from Wyoming, Texas is different. It is hot and humid, and the normal Wyoming cold weather dog was not going to work. I decided on an English Bulldog because they are still big enough to be a dog but don’t need much outdoors in the heat. A sentiment we both shared. After a good amount of research I decided on Mike and his program. I picked a puppy who I named Mr. Riggs who instantly became one of the loves of my life. I deal with some mental health disorders, dogs to me are life and without them I do not want life. Riggs was a genetic freak and a phenom. He could have been the 9th wonder of the world. He turned heads and was adored by everyone wherever we went. He adored everyone as well. I loved RIGGS so much I told Mike. I want his mom. Her name was Rollo. She is also incredible. Unfortunately, recently Mr. Riggs passed, Unfortunately part of me passed with him and we had some severe therapy sessions. I called Mike and Mike was Mike. When I first obtained Mr. Riggs, Mike and I became friends. “through dogs we trust”.
We always stayed in touch and he always checked on me and the dogs. When Riggs passed, he assisted in keeping me and my mental health upright. Periodically checking in on me and making sure I did not give up.
Let's stop here for a moment, before I go on I need to put it out there. Mike is not a nonprofit. Like the rest of us he has responsibilities. I know he wishes he could give everyone a Bulldog and still pay bills but it is not a reality. I promise you though he works hard for you.

So moving forward I came around and decided to get another boy Bulldog. This time I went to his home. (previously we had met at other places)
He worked very hard with me and was patient to make sure I was placed with the right Puppy. But during that time I spent probably a couple hours with Mike. His passion for these dogs is crazy. People talk about the lovey dovey care like petting them or playing with them. There's another side to this, I swear not a turd touched the ground without him being there and picking it up, If anything was out of order he was fixing it. Although I was the guest, the puppies came first and received fantastic treatment. This is a good thing.

I learned that through circumstances Mike and his lovely wife adopted a boy and are raising him as their son. I will not explain how awesome this is.

We also talked about disorders and mental health which is a big deal in my world.

I also learned what goes into creating and raising an exceptional Bulldog puppy. While Mike worked full time, he was up at 2 in the morning for births, he worked for hours cleaning kennels, trimming nails, giving baths, etc... All of this after working a full day and taking care of family.

He has shared the joys and successes of all puppy owners, but he also shares the sad losses. Sometimes of his puppies which would be normal, but I promise you he feels and sheds a tear every time you call him and your dog passes. He feels it all and gets up tomorrow with the same love and passion for these dogs.

I could ramble on all day and not say enough, but I stand behind Mike, his word and his puppies."

My name is Mike Tucker, I have 57 years of experience on planet earth. I'm married to my best friend Eva for 38 years now. We have 4 amazing kiddos and 4 grand kiddos.
My passion has always been to produce super high quality Bulldogs.
Bulldogs that are head turners.
Bulldogs with that wow-factor.
Bulldogs that are healthy.
Bulldogs that make life better.

He’s playful alright, but not over the top screaming, uncontrollable, keep you up all night, untrainable nightmare puppy. PRINCE literally learned to sit the first session with about 15 pieces of his kibble. These pups are SMART! I can’t say enough about your honest, integrity, and dedication to making a better bulldog Mike. There’s a reason I keep coming back."

RUBY was getting spring fever already here in Texas and since it got into the 60s yesterday it was a great day for puppy playtime. RUBY is everything that we've been working for in a COOLER, CALMER FRENCHIE. While very healthy, explorative and capable she really just wants to be a chill lap baby. She's smart, sensitive to her family, and loves belly rubs. And did I mention drop dead beautiful with her one blue eye and one green eye?

Let's talk dental cleanings. Not gonna lie, Bulldogs don't do the best under anesthesia and sometimes their breath can be horrible! I'm happy to share with you guys something THAT WORKS so feel free to pass this on.

I had the best therapy session I've had in a long time just yesterday in my own back yard.
And people tell me to get a life? We'll pay $200 an hour for a professional therapy session but we won't go spend time with our 4-legged babies for free?
It was great day to get outside and let these COOLER CALMER FRENCHIES stretch out a little bit and play outside.
This is PRINCE, RUBY and AMARA living life to the fullest! You hang around that energy long enough and it rubs off on you, you start feeling better!

MY PREDICTIONS FOR 2025

Now that we’ve got the clickbait out of the way, I can honestly say that I don’t have any predictions.

What I do have is intentions. To do more for Bulldog lovers. And I also have a plan of action. And a blueprint that I know will be changing as we make progress.

So for those that have asked:
We bought some land. We’re calling it PAWSTON. It’s on a mountain. Of course, it’s Bulldog Friendly. Construction begins this week, and I want to make it a place where Eva can slow down just a little bit and I can ramp up a lot.

It’s going to be where we live, play with the Bulldogs, raise Dean and run business.

It’s big enough to do more and be more in my passion project of helping Bulldog owners do better for their babies. It’s also big enough to have cool gatherings with great people and “let the dawgs out”.

I’m stoked about it, but it’s going to be a challenging year. Challenge is fun, and in the end I’ll be a better person. This is my dream.

I’ll give you guys updates as I’m able. I’d like to document as much as possible and show you how it’s going. Thanks for your support and feel free to follow along on the journey.
