It is with heavy hearts, but fond memories that we share that Stevie, our 18-year store resident at The Cat Connection, crossed the rainbow bridge this week.

For those of you lucky enough to have met our sweet Stevie, black and white and as petite as can be, loved chicken treats but was highly allergic, and our favorite fashion model of all cat clothing - it was her time to rejoin many other of our beloved store cats, across the rainbow bridge. Though it never gets easier, we are thankful for the joy and smiles she put on so many of our customers faces as a consistent source of adorableness.

Do you help your Cat(s) be the best Cat they can be?

Today we're applying #softpaws! We are using our #claw model from yesterday, and would not recommend applying them with the nails trimmed quite so short. Stevie is a little less comfortable having these applied than she is for just a basic nail trim, but if it has to be done it has to be done!

Nail trims don't have to be fancy...just kind and quick!

A good excuse for not making the bed...
