📢 Exciting News at New Georgia Animal Hospital!🐾

We are thrilled to introduce our new Associate Veterinarian, Dr. Valerie Leathers! 🎉

From a young age, Dr. Leathers knew she wanted to become a veterinarian, and she has been dedicated to that goal ever since. She began her journey in high school, working at a local vet clinic, and went on to attend the University of Georgia for both her undergraduate and veterinary degrees. 🐶🐱

After graduation, she moved to Paulding County, where she has spent the past 18 years serving pets in local clinics. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine? The excitement and challenge of working up medical cases, and the variety of conditions she treats—from ear infections to diabetes.

When she's not caring for your furry friends, Dr. Leathers enjoys quality time with her husband, children, and her own pets—two dogs (Boomer in picture below), two cats, and two lizards. 🦎🐕🐈

We are so excited to have Dr. Leathers on board and know your pets are in great hands! Please help us give her a warm welcome! 💚
