We are a no-kill, non-profit, animal rescue organization located in Dallas, Georgia since 1998.

Our adoptions are held post COVID-19 by appointment only, almost any day of the week in Dallas, GA, outdoors and socially distanced.

Susanna is a 4 year old, 15 lb., Scruffy haired, tan, Terrier mix female. She is so sweet and loved to lay her little head on you. She was rescued from animal control when her time was up.

She is fully vetted for the year and ready to go home asap.

Who needs a basket of love?

These babies are 6 weeks old today and about to go up for adoption. Mama has weaned her babies and is drying up to get spayed ASAP. The babies had their 1st DHPP today and in 2 weeks they'll have their 2nd DHPP and get neutered. They'll be ready to go home at that time.

Mama is 15 lbs. and a JRT/Beagle/Chi looking gal and they all weigh about 2-3 lbs. each right now. We guess the will be 10-15 lbs. each when full grown. Daddy had to be small and she managed 5 puppies as long as she could.

They'll also be microchipped, had multiple deworming, treated for fleas and started on monthly heartworm prevention.

They are literally the cutest things and tiniest things you've ever seen or snuggled. We are going to be pre adopting then all out before they are 8 weeks.

It's also my oldest child's birthday so we're going to celebrate both today. But these are my own personable babies and the cat squeezed in there too, who happens to think he is also a dog.

Chiquita is ready to go home....although she did have surgery to repair her cherry eye, it didn't take so one cherry eye remains.

She was rescued from animal control this past week. She is 2 years old and 9 lbs. She is the sweetest, most loving little thing ever! A tiny little thing that lives to cuddle.

Margarita is ready to go home....although she did have surgery to repair her cherry eye, it didn't take so one cherry eye remains.

We rescued this sweet tan, short haired, Chihuahua mix from the shelter this past week and she had to have eye surgery. It's still a little swollen and now we're waiting to see if it took. She is 3 years old and 8.8 lbs. She is a snuggly little ones.

Avocado is ready for his new home. Although he did have his cherry eye repaired, it didn't work so he'll always have a cherry eye and it doesn't bother him a bit.

We rescued him from the shelter this week. He's only 2 years old and 8 lbs. But he needed cherry eye surgery when he was neutered. He is also fully vetted for the year.

He is the sweetest little lap dog ever!!!

Betty is a 9 lb., 10 year old, Shih Tzu mix. She is just the sweetest little girl ever. She got a clean bull of health this week but she does have a cataract. She'll always have it and it doesn't bother her in the least.

She was rescued from animal control when her time was up after bring found as a stray. She is crate trained, leash trained and house broken too. She is great with all other animals.

She is heartworm negative, microchipped, spayed, fully vetted for the year and on monthly heartworm and flea prevention.

Unc is ready for his new family to come pick him up! He is a 9 week old, 7 lb., male, blonde Lab mix with the most beautiful baby blue eyes. He is literally the cutest and sweetest little guy ever! Loves everyone he meets!

He is already neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea treated, had his 1st and 2nd DHPP vaccines and is on monthly heartworm prevention.

Hey everyone! It's been a long rough week. We had our website crash thanks to the Petfinder/Purina merger, then we rescued 10 dogs that were all just super needy to be honest from cherry eyes to a tummy full of Gorilla Glue. But right now we are in need of donations to help with this girls vet bill more than anything else.

Sadie is a 9 month old black with white ticked, purebred, German Shorthaired Pointer. She is only 32 lbs. and needs to put some weight on. Her owners surrendered her to us over the weekend because she had eaten a bottle of Gorilla Glue and they couldn't afford a vet visit. They realized they weren't equipped and didn't need a GSP puppy at this point in their lives. Well she needed way more than a vet visit she needed exploratory surgery and her stomach was full of everything the Gorilla Glue made turn rock hard. She almost didn't make it.

But our amazing vets and techs saved her life!!! Below are pics of her. She'll be ready for adoption in about 2 weeks and some pic of what was in her belly.

All donations for now are going straight to Sadie's vet bills. You can make a donation via PayPal on our site, send us a check or even call East Paulding Animal Hospital and then know you'd like to make a donation to our account for Sadie.

She is currently grounded for obvious reasons. Rocking the cone of shame and bouncing off the walls she feels so happy to be able to eat again! So no playdates or treats for 1 week for her!!!

This sweet girl had quite the freedom ride today!

She was rescued from animal control. She is just under 80 lbs. and only 9 months old. She needs a little meat on her bones. She is great with all other dogs and loves everyone. She is a quiet girl, not much of a barker at all. But she is only as quiet as a mouse until she sees ice cubes and loves to chomp on them. Loves to play and follows you everywhere. She is a leaner and likes for you to hold her up. It's adorable until you're trying to do laundry and she's just not good at doing her chores!

She is heartworm negative, microchipped, spayed, dewormed, flea treated, up to date on all of her vaccinations and is on monthly heartworm prevention.

We have rescued a special needs baby squirrel. He has 4 legs but 3 feet. Needless to say at this time, we don't know if he'll be able to be released back into the world. But right now he's living his best life, being a handful and being bottle fed.

Does anyone have a cage they have lying around that may work for him they'd could donate? If so, please send us a photo of it. And we're thinking outside the box because he can't climb all that well. And it needs to be cat proof from a very nosey house mate.

Lasagna is finally ready to start her new life. She is a 36 lb., short haired, tan and black, mixed breed gal. Shes probably a little bit of everything so we'll call her a Heinz 57 mix.

She was rescued in really bad shape. She is now a brand new woman. Finally spayed and she has retired from the baby making factory someone decided she would be. She is heartworm negative, microchipped, dewormed, flea treated, up to date on all of her vaccinations for the year and is on monthly heartworm prevention.

She is the sweetest, kindest, most appreciative girl ever. She gave birth to 6 babies this Spring and we rescued her and all of her babies when their tine was up and they needed a place to go. After her babies were weaned, she needed time to heal and dry up. So we just decided she's ready to start over.

Smokey is a 9 month old, short haired, brindle, male "purebred" BUG - that's right, he came from a breeder that made Boston Terriers and Pugs mixed together. He is the prime example of what it looks like when a Boston Terrier and a Pug run into each other really hard....POOF you have a Bug named Smokey.

He is an active little guy with a quirky long tail and happy butt that is always wiggling. He is super dog friendly, cat friendly and kid friendly. He is also crate trained and leash trained but needs to work on his house training. He is 23 lbs. and full grown. He is such a sweet boy!

He is microchipped, neutered, heartworm negative, dewormed, flea treated, up to date on all of his vaccinations for the year and on monthly heartworm prevention.

2 male Guinea Pigs need a new home. They come with their cage and are just 2 years old. Super well socialized with kids and ready to love. They are being fostered currently in the Dallas area.

Missy is a young, adult, purebred German Shepherd. She is a petite girl, weighing in at less than 50 lbs. She is very quiet, very sweet and quite passive with other dogs. She lets them be in charge and even shares her food and toys well.

She is heartworm negative, microchipped, spayed, dewormed, flea treated, up to date on all of her vaccinations for the year and on monthly heartworm prevention.

Miles is a 5-6 year old, purebred, Seal Point, Siamese male. He is just as sweet as he is beautiful, with those gorgeous big baby blue eyes.

He recently came to us after his mom, who lived in assisted living, fell and could no longer take care of him. He us used to the pampered life of cat treats and warm beds!

He will be ready to go home Thursday. At that time he will be triple tested negative, neutered (since he was little), had all of his vaccinations for the year and on monthly flea prevention. His adoption fee will be $100.00.

Milo is ready to start his new life. He dances, like all the time. He likes to stand on his back legs and dance with you. He then rolls on his belly and just wants belly rubs. He has the best little personality ever and is great with kids, cats and other dogs. He is about 20 lbs. and approx. 6 years old.

He was rescued from the local shelter whej his tine was up. His coat has grown back on amd he looks so handsome now!

He is neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, dewormed, flea treated, had all of his vaccinations for the year and is on monthly heartworm prevention . He is also incredibly crate trained and we are pretty sure he's housebroken too.

Happy Valentine's Day from this sweet family to yours! We just rescued them this week and the babies came to us at about 24 hours old. She is a small Jack Russell mix with 7 babies and taking great care of them!!!!
