He is one of our more recent babies to start daycare with us, and he absolutely stole our hearts with his sweet personality, playful energy, and tail-wagging charm. We’ve been listening—and we’re making a big move to serve you better. Starting tomorrow, Kinder Kritter will officially transition to a new and improved client system: Gingr!

This change is all about making your experience smoother, smarter, and more rewarding.

🐶  What You’ll Love About Gingr:
    •    Easier booking & checkout process
    •    A more user-friendly interface—accessible from any device (webapp and mobile app on IOS or Android))
    •    Daily report cards, photos, and pup updates—all in one place
    •    Automatic vaccine and appointment reminders so you never have to guess
    •    Live access to our indoor doggy cam (outdoor cam coming June!)
    •    Instant messaging with our team
    •    And coming this Summer… Loyalty Rewards! 🎁

There is a NEW NUMBER for texting only: (866) 993-5011
In 2 weeks, SMS texting to our office (214) 321-3939 will be turned off, the phone line will of course stay active. All text communication will now come from (866) 993-5011. We suggest adding that number separately in your phone.

We’ll be expecting all clients to use Gingr moving forward—it makes our operations smoother and gives us more time to focus on what matters most: caring for your dog.

It’s Sunday Fun Day with our boarding crew here at Kinder Kritter, but it’s not just the perfect day for all the zoomies and the playful barks, it’s also the perfect day to make these hoomans carry you like the baby that you are! Archie always comes in for daycare with so much enthusiasm, and loves to get all of our attention before running into the playroom to greet his friends! We’re a few days late on this post, as he turned the big 15 on Monday, but we’d like to wish one of the goodest boys a happy birthday. A baby that the Kinder Kritter crew loves like he’s our own, our boy Biggie! Biggie always walks in with lots of tails wags, a smile, and a few loud barks to let us know that he’s here! He always comes up to everyone to say hello, and always puts a smile on our faces. Biggie boy, we hope that we get to celebrate lots more birthday with you, and that we get to give you all the hugs, tummy rubs, and treats that you want every year! Here’s to many more, sweet boy! Also, .w.collins, thank you for sharing your sweet boy with us. We all love him so much! ♥️
