I canceled an order just a few hours later, before it had even been processed, and I was assured that the order had been canceled. To my surprise, I still received the order, and I now have duplicate items. I've tried contacting customer service several times, but they haven't responded.

Be aware that the sizing for us ran small. We have a 90 lb.s Sheepadoodle, needed the 22”-24” Our groomer recommended the collar wouldn’t cause his coat to tangle. So far so good!
