This big handsome lug has been passed over three times now by potential, adopters.Two said he was too big and one of them said his hair was not curly enough. People do not know what they have missed. He is certainly a Volunteer favorite at the shelter. Rocco is a 95 pound golden doodle mix. He knows commands, walks great on leash, house trained, loves riding in the car and loves people and dogs. We’re in need of Kuranda beds to keep our animals off the cold floor and give them a cozy place to rest while they wait for their forever homes.

Pumpkin Spice and Cider are a bonded pair that have been together for three years. Cider weighs 25 pounds and his sister Pumpkin Spice weighs 31 pounds. They are very playful and super friendly. We think they are a mixture of poodle Maltese and terrier.

Message from Owner: Tucker slipped his collar and was hit on S 41 Sunday night. We have not been able to find him he may be injured. Reward for his return or whereabouts

Bradley and Blue enjoying their playtime at the Humane Society. Bradley has come a long way since her days of roaming at the Bradley Wellness center. Our amazing Sabre found an ice block from the water bucket 🧊. He had the BEST time and “asked” if he could take it back to his kennel with him 😳. The volunteer said, no but extra treats for this fun boy 🐾❤️🐾. Learn more about Sabre and his friends at hsnwga.org

Update: A huge thanks to Paw Angels and anyone else who helped with this mom and puppies. We are in desperate need for fosters and rescues. We have several more litters, waiting to come in or to be fostered. Most of the litters are six or seven puppies, but we could split them if we need to. Call or text 615-714-2446 if you can help.  They are located in Dalton, Georgia.
