Crockpot Chicken & Stuffing
Ingredients:
1 (10.5 ounce) can of cream of chicken soup.
1 (6 oz) box of stuffing mix.
8 oz. sour cream (equivalent to 1 cup)
¾ cup of water.
1 (16 oz) bag of frozen green beans.
3-4 large salted and peppered chicken breasts.

Savor the rich and comforting flavors of this Million Dollar Chicken Casserole, perfect for family dinners or special gatherings. Layered with creamy chicken filling and a crispy cracker topping, this dish is sure to impress!

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Directions:
1️⃣ Oven Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ Combine Filling: In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar, and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
3️⃣ Assemble in Dish: Spread chicken mixture evenly in the prepared dish.
4️⃣ Topping: Mix crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over the chicken mixture.
5️⃣ Bake: Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
6️⃣ Serve: Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.

1/2 cup melted butter (unsalted)
