Lili came into my life just when I needed her. She softened the blow of a breakup, Ozzy’s passing and was right by my side this past year while my mom went though some tough health crisis. I will love her furever and am so blessed to have had, just shy of, four amazing years with her. Little did I know though it’s hard to foster a pet, because you heart breaks when you give them back. But I know, it’s what she wanted and needed. Look at that happy face!

Ozzy crossed over the rainbow bridge a year ago today. Everyday since, it’s been bittersweet to see his page grow and grow. When I started this page it was really because I wanted a place to share his silliness (he was quite a comedian). Never did I think so many of you would love him. I don’t want to leave this page stagnant, so if you’d all allow, i’d like to continue to share Ozzy with you as well as his sister Lili (a Yorkie, who came into our lives in Jan 2020)

I renamed the page “Ozzy & Friends”. Here’s a photo of them together. Let me tell you he tolerated her. I don’t think he was a big fan. Lol

My heart breaks writing this ... Thank you to all of you who follow Ozzy. I’m so glad you all have enjoyed his photos. This past Tuesday, Ozzy had what could be considered a stroke and lost function in his legs. I rushed him to emergency vet services in Newtown and I found out he had a large mass on his heart and he was suffering. The Dr said he’d do anything he could to save him, but the surgery to save him was extremely high risk and he might not make it out. Ozzy was approaching 15, in cat years he was 76. He had the best life I think a cat could have. I gave him ALL my love, I kept his nails clipped, his hair groomed, ears clean. He ate the best cat food, Filet Mignon on Christmases, Lamb on Easters, chicken tuna, vanilla ice cream ... he drank only Brita water and slept on his own quilt my aunt made him. He was so loved by so many and he’ll be missed dearly, especially by his momma.

This is meows sister, Lilith. My human says she is meow sister, but meow doesn’t smell like me, and barks. She runs around all the time too when meow human comes home.
