Their 4 week pictures are a little late, but I was finally able to get them last night. It was an eventful weekend. Nanuq had to go in for surgery for a large laceration near one of her ni***es. She did great with only a local instead of full out anesthesia. I was in the surgery room holding her head and keeping her calm. For 2 weeks she's wearing a bodysuit that gets pulled up when she wants to nurse, p*e, or poo. It hasn't inhibited her from nursing, cuddling, or cleaning her babies, she acts like nothing happened.

A big thank you to Aurora Veterinary Care for getting us in so quickly and doing everything with care and love.

On day 3 of their lives, the puppies had their first car ride today! They had their first checkup at Aurora Veterinary Care. They are all normal and doing great, as well as Nanuq! All of their hearts and lungs sound good, no cleft palates, no umbilical issues, and they are all putting on weight.

We are so proud of Nanuq, she gave birth to 6 beautiful puppies early this morning.

Today, we had a combined birthday party for Kaskae, who turned 2 on 8/7, and Copper and Cherokee, who will turn 10 on 8/14. Fun was had by all. 🥳🐾💜
