BLACKOUT DATES FOR SUMMER 2026

We plan to be closed from June 19th until June 23rd this summer. I want to provide as much notice as possible seeing that summer can get extremely busy for us. We want to be able to serve you as best we can.

This may seem early but we are already booking for 2026 as far out as Fall Break so get those vacation dates in fast!

This may look insignificant but up until this point, he couldn’t handle food. He trembled having to wait, he couldn’t stop staring at the food, he ran around and tried to knock it over.

The first thing I did to begin working on this obsession was ask him to stare at it before releasing him to eat it. I don’t want to crush this food drive so I built on it. He had to hold a position, any position and stare at the food. Not look at me, not wiggle around, just hold and stare. Once he mastered that, I switched it up on him to stare at me until he is released. Same rules apply. The next thing I’ll introduce once he conquers step 2 is to switch back and forth between focusing on the source and focusing on me. I want the food drive but I want it less chaotic 🤪

It was Tommy’s birthday yesterday! He likes toys but LOVES food so I whipped him up a doggy cake that he thoroughly enjoyed. Can’t believe we’ve had this little foster fail for a year!
