Forgot to take a picture tonight but as of right now, arena is DRY.

There’s some rain predicted in the forcast tomorrow morning and midday, so just be prepared!

As far as AWARDS:

We are going to do our best to calculate scores before or very near the completion of the show. We have all awards in hand except for the champion buckles. We apologize for this inconvenience, but it’s just the way the wind has blown and there’s not much more to do about it from buyer or supplier end. Buckles can be kept at the clubhouse if you’re local and attend other shows at the corral OR can be shipped to recipients once they arrive to us.

ALL OTHER AWARDS must be picked up. We have a sheet that will have recipients recorded on it and we will require a signature by whomever is picking up the award (recipient or not).

The Christmas In July barrel class will be held at the conclusion of youth barrels 🎄

We are unsure at this time if all awards will arrive in time. If most are still in favor of doing a ceremony of awards afterwards, just keep in mind we may be missing some. We’re battling a busy summer of our own and companies can’t produce as quick as they used to for us.

0= present and entered but placed elsewhere

Ties will be first broken by number of shows attended and if still tied, horse/rider with fastest time will take placing over slower time.

Again, message with any questions. Still up in the air whether awards will be given at the last show or mailed/shipped as needed. We’re having some difficulty with supply/demand so there is a possibility that all awards may not arrive in time for final show.

Thank you to all who attended this evening! We had a great turnout and couldn’t ask for better weather.

Another huge thank you to our sponsors and lastly to our arena help.

With both co managers a little less mobile at this moment, any and all help was greatly appreciated. We will still be short of our two able bodies for the July show, extra hands are always appreciated!

If anyone is using 80 west bound, pay attention to traffic apps!

Supposedly another accident near buckhorn exits, I would recommend getting off at the lime ridge exit and taking route 11 the rest of the way.
