If you haven't seen the "Bella" post I'm sure you will! I do my best to make everyone happy even though it's absolutely impossible. We are all humans and make mistakes and when and if I do, I try to make it right! With that being said I talked with this client that brings in a small poodle ( 2nd time grooming her) this morning. It's been 2 months since I've seen this dog back. She gets pom poms which where matted today as well as behind her ears matted. I was instructed to cut her short today ( leave pom poms but cut them a bit more) and we even went over pictures on the wall of close haircuts. I've noticed doing clean feet on this particular dog makes them way shorter which can cause razor burn so we do our best not to cause any discomfort or burns which means leaving some hair on the feet will happen. When I called the owner this afternoon she was not interested in anything I had to say other than posting pictures to down my business. I apologized several times and tried making things right as well as explaining how she should brush the dog to avoid the matting issues but she refused to take any advice and was extremely rude. I do not doubt one bit the owner doesn't love her dog but trying to ruin a business and not wanting to even accept apologies is insane. People who know me know how I am about their fur babies and I have very good relationships with my clients.
