Ranch, Huntseat, Western, Trails!

Blaze has the sweetest personality, great manners, and is so handsome! He has spent time working on a ranch and moving feeder cattle, and being trail ridden a lot- originally he was started as a western pleasure show horse as he is phenomenally bred for that. He will really excel in the ranch, as he naturally likes to lope with forward motion more than being super shutdown. He has been used for lessons both English and western, ridden by kids and shown at open shows. He’ll pop over cross rails too. He is truly a versatile horse that can offer someone endless possibilities. He’s not being ridden regularly right now and had some time off due to busy schedules, so he is a little inconsistent with the finishing touches like his headset one handed, he basically needs a little tune up - as I would expect any horse to need over the winter. He is EASY, safe, and great to be around. A really cool personality and such a lover. Gets along great with other horses. Very easy to be around. He LOVES attention and wants to be with you. Great with dogs, mini horses/donkeys , and cats! He’s got a fun personality that wants to please! He will be a superstar with some consistency. Maintained at home by busy amateur with full time job.

“Jasper” - 14 year old PALOMINO Gelding

Solid & stout built, 14.3-15h. Jasper is an excellent trail horse, neckreins, gets along with everyone. He crosses water, logs, ditches, wooded areas- open fields- and does care if he leads or follows! Will set his head if you play with it. Jasper had a show education but has been a trail horse for last 7 years, so is a little rusty to some of the finishing touches for the show pen. He could easily be tuned up and make a great ranch show horse. . He’d be pretty fancy! W/t/c, not a plug, but not hot. Best suited for western, ranch, English or trails. VERY Friendly, the first to greet you in the field, no vices, good manners, not spooky. Great horse for almost anyone to ride- husbands, youths, etc. Jasper is uncomplicated, and willing to please. Barefoot, no maintenance, easy keeper!

“Poppy” 2006 AQHA Gelding- 15.1ish H Here is a Saintly guy- Western pleasure, English, and ranch! Perfect beginner show horse, lessons, small fry, etc.. He’s even been roped off of. Trail rides. This guy is super safe, excellent manners and a real sweetheart. No maintenance! Slog jog, trot out, sidepasses, pivots, great stop. Here is your grandma safe, beginner, anyone can ride type! Sited by Good Huh (zippos Mr Goodbar) and out of daughter of Potential Investment. Poppy was spur broke at one time, a finished western pleasure horse.. but backyard people have had him for the last few years and he’s lost some of it. It’s all there, the headset, the slow putter patter jog, the lope, but it’s just a little inconsistent and of course his muscles haven’t carried himself like that in a while, so he gets tired and can’t hold the frame. Plenty of videos to show you if you need clarification. With a couple weeks of riding him how he was meant to be ridden, he will be ready for the show pen this spring. Or, just ride him how you want if you don’t want to show WP.. he’ll do whatever you want, tries very hard, is forgiving and can take a joke. He’s got a good neckrein, good brakes, smooth gaits, and is a perfect gentleman in the saddle and on the ground. He will ride english, western, ranch, trails, etc. Poppy is the type of horse everyone is always looking for! Poppy has had no maintenance, he appears to be sound.
