Hey there everyone, just a reminder that we are currently booking out nearly three weeks in advance during the week, and two months in advance for weekends! We do our best to accommodate schedules as best as we can, but we do recommend booking on a recurring 6-8 week schedule so we can book a time that fits your schedule! This will be especially important with the holidays closing in. Thank you!

Hello 🐾

I have noticed that I have had a lot of new followers and I would like to re-introduce myself!

My name is Maddie Sullivan and I am Your Weekend Groomer for Shampoodled All Breed Pet Salon in Davenport! I have been in the dog grooming business for 7 years!

Sullivan Snip's is my own personal Facebook and Instagram page where I post some of my own personal grooms, tell you about any specials we may have, and any updates about Shampoodled All Breed Pet Salon. This page you may also message me directly for any information on pricing and scheduling with myself!

During the week I am blessed to be home with my three amazing children named Henry, Patrick, and Mavis thanks to their dad, Tyler, and my husband of 6 (almost 7) years!

In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and friends, drink an obnoxious amount of coffee, and I love anything about the beach!

I love grooming all sorts of dogs and just enjoy my time to make sure your dogs feel fresh and clean! I love a good trim up or poodles/doodles that get fluffy haircuts!

Hey everyone Brey here! As many of you know, aside from my passion for pets I am also OBSESSED with games! When I bumped down my grooming hours, I started at a local game store.

Today, we are working towards a great cause. If you have time (or a sweet tooth), feel free to stop by until 7 and get a treat and take a peek around!

To my Shampoodled Customers,

Brey here! As some of you may know, there is a LOT going on in my personal life now.

In the middle of June, my fiancé and I FINALLY tie the knot! We have plenty of planning and celebrations left leading up to the big day.

Due to these life events, I will still be taking clients, BUT I have been booking out very quickly.

Many of my regulars have already rebooked, but I wanted to reach out and let people know that as of this post I am booked until the MIDDLE OF MAY! 😱

I have squeezed in every appointment that I can, and unfortunately until then I am at absolute max capacity. I will keep fitting in as many pups as I can, but do need to take some time to celebrate and enjoy the days leading up to the wedding.

All of the groomers in our facility are top notch and I would recommend any of them to anyone! In the event I cannot accommodate you, they would be happy to take care of you temporarily until I am back at full speed. I also apologize if it takes me a bit longer to get back to people than usual, we have been crazy busy and it's been AMAZING and I am so blessed with the amount of love and support I am getting from customers! Texts do seem to get to me a little faster, but I never mind giving a call back either!

Thank you ALL for your patience and understanding during these huge and amazing changes. I appreciate each and everyone for their kindness during this time.

While we may not be in the restaurant business, we resonate with this post so much. We are a VERY small staff made of currently entirely women, and 3/4 of them are wonderful mothers. So much time, money, and love went into this business to open it. And we are SO lucky that our community, you, have been there with us the whole time.

I (Brey) have always been small business minded. I’m a farmer’s market girly. We work with several other small businesses regularly. And every single wedding vendor I could, has been a small business. PLEASE keep supporting other small businesses, they are such valued pieces of our community. ❤️

There is something happening in our communities & it’s breaking my heart. I’m seeing so many small businesses post callouts & cries for help this year. And many of them are still closing.

✨There is nothing small about small business. It’s big risks, big fears, big resilience, big determination & most of all, BIG DREAMS. But the sad reality for many of us is that dreams don’t pay the bills.

Here are a few stats you may not know about small business:
⚡Over 99% of all businesses in the United States are considered Small Businesses (500 employees or fewer)
⚡Roughly half of the entire workforce in the United States is employed by Small Businesses
⚡65% of Small Businesses will fail within the first 10 years
⚡78% of Small Businesses are self-funded
⚡Food & beverage Small Businesses have seen an increase of 5-10% in inventory costs in just the last year

Small business & restaurant closures have hit an all-time high. It’s been a tough start to the year. So many of your favorite establishments are struggling, maxing out credit cards & praying the sales will come once the weather finally turns. March is a historically slow month for many small businesses as we slow down from the Valentine’s Day rush & head into Spring Break season. This awful winter-like weather has certainly contributed to the financial turmoil many are experiencing.

We believe in our mission to spread joy & love through our cookies with all our hearts. But we also believe in following your dreams. And helping others do the same.
We believe that with enough hard work & community, small business & especially WOMEN in small business can bring positive change & light to communities all across the country.

So today, we are asking you, our amazing cookie community to shop & support small business. Support can mean engaging with social media, sharing a facebook post or writing a positive review. It can also mean sharing baked goods, lunch or gift cards with your friends, family & coworkers.
Saving small businesses isn't an effort of one, it HAS to be a collective movement by people in our community. We have to come together.

After all, size matters....together we can save small business. ✨

We LOVE a success story. Shoutout to this guy's mom for working with him at home to help him have a better experience with us.

At Shampoodled we are ALWAYS willing to offer little tips and tricks to help our furry friends get better for grooming! Working with them at home can do wonders for getting them used to some of the scary sensations they might need to get used to in order to be comfortable. And starting from an early age is always the best option! Congrats on doing GREAT little guy!

6 weeks ago when he came in he was petrified of clippers. With a lot of patience we were able to do his face feet and f***y (puppy trim!)

The importance of introducing clippers and grooming in general is detrimental to how the hair cut- and experience goes. We advised mom to take an electric toothbrush and rub him regularly. (Gets pup use to the vibration, and buzzing noises!)

mom working with him at home paid off Tremendously, THANKS MOM! Charlie was Able to Get His First Big Boy Haircut Today 💪🏼 go Charlie go!! 😍

Just a few updates as we enter our busy season!

Due to our small staff and how we schedule, we are a completely appointment only facility. We have removed our “hours” from our pages to prevent any confusion. We have been absolutely flooded with calls lately, and we will get back to you within 48 hours, but we ONLY call customers back who LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. The dog on the table is our biggest priority, and we do not answer the phone while they are on the table for safety reasons. The pets on our table deserve our UNDIVIDED attention. Please leave a text or message, and we will get back to you. If we do not, feel free to call again! We are again a small staff, as well as simple humans.

We will also no longer be posting pictures of every dog that comes through the facility. Coordinating these between all of the groomers has become difficult. However, feel free to ask your groomer specifically for a picture! We don’t mind. Our groomers also have personal pages they post pups to, which can be found at That Groovy Groomer and Sullivan Snip's.

We have been booking out a few weeks in advance, and quality and safety are our two biggest concerns. We have also recently had to increase prices, due to the rising cost of living. While this increase effects everyone, it is primarily focused on large breed and curly coated breeds. If you would like to know an updated price for your pet, feel free to message us!

We realize a lot of things have changed at our facility over the years as we grow, and we appreciate your patience. We’ll get some pups posted soon, have a wonderful day!

We’ve had a very festive week! Ava came in to get her Christmas color, we did a string of lights to match her festive energy. 😍 And Ghost and Leo’s parents brought us a ton of treats!
