The 2023 annual refresh of the home is coming to an end. Looking forward to welcoming good friends Mark and Deb, and then Sam and Rickie. We thank all our regular guests for staying with us and helping the home being a special place for us all. We hope you like the updates we have made. Especially the 40 inch TV in the master..👍👍

It seems such a long time since we were at the home working on the annual refresh. Since then we haven't been able to welcome any guests to the villa pending Gov De Santis opening up Vacations for all. We are now starting to receive enquiries for the snowbird period Christmas through to March. So hopeful we can welcome guests back at the end of 2020 and into 2021.

The closesttothemagic villa is waiting to welcome guests for the Summer and Autumn season. We are welcoming American guests for the summer period and hoping we can welcome European guests for the Autumn when flights resume.
Tuscan Hills is just a two minute drive from Lake Davenport and twelve miles from Lake Louisa State Park. All the social distancing requirements satisfied. 😎
