Someone left a kitten at the clinic’s front door outside after 6:30pm last night. The little kitten has a large hernia. The kitten is fine, the hernia will be repaired, and kitten will be adopted in due time.

It is not cool for somebody to leave a kitten outside the clinic after 6:30pm when it is clearly posted on our door we will not be back until the next morning when we open at 9 AM. Think about the potential problems that the kitten could have had overnight. Has anyone ever seen coyotes, raccoons, or other critters running around nearby? Ants, cockroaches?

We have a front door that opens during normal business hours. I suggest whoever abandoned this kitten in front of the building should learn how to use a door and a watch.

We have a very important criteria for adopting the new kitten. You must understand how to use a front door. You must understand how to walk through it. This is an important skill as an adult that you should always embrace. Oh yeah, and eye contact would’ve been nice as well. That’s too much to ask in this age.

The kitten will be well taken care of and the hernia will be repaired when age appropriate. Once the kitten is well we will adopt him out. Any inquires feel free to reach out to the clinic at 863-420-8211

These two sweet boys are looking for their furever home.
If you are looking for a very low maintenance chill cat Loki (black cat) is your guy. He likes to lay on high places and sleep about 90% of the day. He is such a sweetheart and will come for pets under his chin when he’s done napping. Loki is roughly 10 years old.
If you are looking for a more interactive kitty then Greg (brown tabby) is your boy! He came to us as a wounded stray and and is now fully healed and ready to find a home. He may do best as a one cat home because he loves all the attention. Greg is roughly 1-2 years old.

He is the last of the 16 cats left outside in a crate full of feces and roaches. They have all thrived in their new homes. This little boy was scared when he first came in but just needed some time.
