Wow, what a sale! We are incredibly pleased to report that our 32nd Annual Production Sale was a huge success and helped generate a record-breaking $108,100 for the program! Many thanks to everyone who purchased a horse or mule and to those who placed bids, shared our social media posts, and attended our Sale Showcase. We are incredibly fortunate to have such great support from all of you!
This year also marked a record-high sale price of $29,300 for our wonderful filly, Skip To My Blu. The average sale price was $10,810 with six head selling between $5,000 and $10,000 each, three selling between $10,000 and $20,000 each, and our record high sale far surpassing the $20,000 mark. We wish each new horse and mule owner all the best in their future with their UC Davis foal! We can't wait to see all the amazing things they go on to do with you.
Also, a huge congratulations and thank you to the outstanding group of Horse Barn Production Interns and Student Staff who put in so much hard work to make this sale a success. Way to go!
