Boba needs your help! Boba (previously known as Bola) came to us healing from a leg amputation and now it’s time to get this sweet boy’s heart fixed! Boba was born with a heart defect called pulmonary stenosis. This is when one of the valves in the heart doesn’t fully open, making it difficult for blood to flow from the heart to the lungs. Boba has a severe case, and without intervention, he is expected to only live a few years. We are fundraising to get Boba a procedure called a balloon valvuloplasty. This procedure should give him a normal life expectancy so he can continue to be the happy, goofy boy we have all fallen in love with. Boba is only 11 months old and he so deserves to get this chance for his happy ever after. Boba’s procedure is quoted to be $5-7K so every donation would mean the world to us. We heard it’s Deaf Dog Awareness Week and what better way to celebrate than by spotlighting our deaf girl, Ahi? Ahi is the sweetest girl around and is the perfect mix of herding dog energy and cuddle bug. She is almost 2 years old and is the perfect compact size weighing in around 40lbs. Ahi loves other dogs and has become the best of friends with her foster brother. She would absolutely love another playful pup in her forever home, but she also could thrive as a spoiled only child. Ahi needs a kitty-free and adult only home. Ahi is smart as heck and has learned some sign language for things such as “sit” and “come”. She is VERY food motivated which makes training a fun game. She also loves to play fetch. Ball is life in Ahi’s books! Ahi is house and crate trained. She is still working on her basic manners and needs a family committed to continuing her training. Magnolia and Petal

Magnolia and Petal are not like other puppies. They’re very demure. Very Mind. Very considerate. In all honesty, these girls are SUCH great puppies, and we’re not just saying that because we raised them since birth. They are such sweet girls and are so smart. They love to play, but also have learned how to chill and rest. They have done well with all the people and other dogs they have met and seen like they would do well with dog-savvy cats. They’re still learning all their basic manners, but have been doing well with their house and crate training. They are about 5 months old and weigh around 40lbs. They will be big girls when fully grown, so would do best with active families with large dog experience. One of their sisters was DNA tested and the results came back as German shepherd, Australian shepherd, and American bully. All of our adoptable kittens, puppies, cats and dogs are microchipped because if they are lost we want to make sure that they will be reunited with their families. Puppies usually get all the attention, but we know just how great mama dogs are and Daffodil is no exception! At 2 years old Daffodil still acts like a puppy too and was so happy when her puppies were big enough for her to play with. She is currently being fostered with her daughters Petal and Magnolia, and the trio love to romp around together. Daffodil is the sweetest girl who is quick to become your BFF and hop in your lap for cuddles and LOTS of kisses. She sometimes can be a little shy of men, but she has learned they mean tasty treats and can be her best friend too. Daffodil is still fine tuning her basic manners, but is house and crate trained. She may do well living with other dogs, but would do best in a kitty-free and adult-only home. Daffodil weighs about 55lbs. One of her puppies was DNA and based on those results we think she is a German shepherd/American bully mix. Daffodil is oh-so ready for her fur-ever home!
