Don’t forget to get your pet’s medication in order before next week! The last day to pick up/order online will be Friday, Dec. 20th. Our entire staff will be enjoying the week off with family.

Miss Weezy had her first acupuncture visit with us today and she did great!

With some increased kidney values, Weezy is limited in what medications she can take safely. Acupuncture and laser therapy are safe for her and a great way to help with multi-modal pain relief.

We want to remind everyone that with the upcoming holidays shipping is not going to be reliable. If your pet is on a special order prescription, it would be a good idea to call at least a week before the refill is needed! Happy Friday!

Happy monday!
A few notes regarding acupuncture and med refills:

Dr sovey is out of town December 16-20 and the office will be closed the 23- 27.

Please plan ahead and give us a call to get acupuncture scheduled before of after the dates above as we will not have any acupuncture appointments during that time. Also, as holidays and time off approaches, please submit all food and medication refills soon so we can get them filled!

As always, our online store is available to make ordering food and meds even easier!

Our Story

Davison Veterinary Hospital is a private small animal hospital owned by the wonderful and knowledgeable Dr. Sovey. We have two great technicians, Sarah and Nichol, who are fantastic with all of our patients. Cindy and Tammy run the reception area and assist with so much more. Sarah Elizabeth is our groomer and is very talented in her art of dog and cat grooming. We try our best to make our clinic comfortable, calm and keep that hometown feel.

Dr. Sovey sees outpatient dogs, cats, and the occasional small exotics for wellness and medical exams. She is a certified Acupuncturist, and specializes in Chinese medicine as well as Laser therapy.
