We have been getting calls about our round pen being for sale along with gates/fencing. We do NOT have any round pens, gates, or fencing for sale. If you were given our address or name to pick some up, you've been scammed. Our local PD has been notified.

Savory Ricotta and Spinach Stuffed Shells in Marinara

Ricotta and Spinach Stuffed Shells with Marinara Sauce

Ingredients:

20 jumbo pasta shells
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups spinach, chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 large egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cups marinara sauce
Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Stuff each cooked shell with the ricotta and spinach mixture, placing them in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and cover with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

GARLIC BUTTER LOBSTER AND SCALLOPS 🦞🧄🧈✨

Indulge in this luxurious dish of buttery, garlicky lobster tails and perfectly seared scallops—a seafood lover’s dream!

Ingredients:

2 lobster tails, split down the middle 🦞
8 large sea scallops, patted dry 🦪
Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂
4 tbsp butter, divided 🧈
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 🌿
Lemon wedges (for serving) 🍋

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Seafood:

Season the lobster tails and scallops with salt and pepper.

2. Sear the Scallops:

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add scallops and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and opaque.
Remove scallops from the skillet and set aside.

3. Cook the Lobster Tails:

In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp butter.
Place lobster tails shell-side down and cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

4. Add Garlic Butter:

Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining 2 tbsp butter to the skillet.
Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice.

5. Combine and Serve:

Return the scallops to the skillet, spooning garlic butter over the lobster and scallops until well-coated.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.

6. Garnish and Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 2
