The barn never gets a break

Both girls entered their first BIG barrel race with over 500 entries.

Shelby won 2nd in the 5D youth and 29th in the 5D open out of 494 entires

Rose won 21st in the 5D youth 83rd in the 5D open out of 494 entries.

Both girls are GORGEOUS tight turns, both set up for each barrel nicely and both rode their horses with soft hands. I don’t think I could’ve asked for better runs

The annual tve opening day parade post with basic info

When: Oct 16 (around 8/9 am)
Where: tractor supply parking lot

We will pre decorate the float on the 15th at the barn then the morning of put it all together. Our theme is pink of breast cancer. All kiddos are encouraged to wear any color TCHT shirt. Any family/friends are more than welcome to ride on the float as well.

All decorations and ideas are welcome, we want the kids to use the float to express themselves.

After 2 weeks THE ARENA IS FINISHED!!!!! We still have to build the gazebo but the big project is done. If any dads wanna donate a few hours to finish it 😅😉

Hey guys we are working on building the permanent arena so that means there are no panels in the back section of the arena TEMPORARILY. Our goal is the have the back half finish by Friday(as long as the weather plays in our favor).

Some classes may be adjusted this week to accommodate the building project

Hey guys I am stuck at the ranch with a rank bull that wouldn’t load in the trailer. We finally got the last load of calf’s to the front to send to auction. The JR. Trainers are there minus Maddy (she had a planned vacay) Can’t wait to see everyone here shortly

Shelby- that was a flawless run. Her hands stayed soft, she used her body and legs to really ride her horse thru her turns. Great job Emma- this girl has had the hardest time with first barrel and for her to get around it so perfectly and smooth is WOW.!!!! This run was by far the prettiest out of these two Audrey- she gets to ride the biggest horse any where we show up at🤣 so she has had to work extra hard on getting her giraffe around these tiny barrels. Tonight she had BEAUTIFUL turns. Carleigh- had so much confidence in her self last night and I WAS THERE FOR IT.!!!! Polly even got to see doc the past week and got some injections and was feeling a pretty good. This pair had an amazingly clean run.
