We have all worked in the rescue community for many years, and wanted to impact more animals in need. A growing number of us have realized that working together helped many more animals, than working separately. We foster, vet and rehome the cats and kittens that come into our care.

As we step into 2026, Erin and Otis are hoping this year brings them the greatest gift—a loving forever home! These wonderful, affectionate adult cats are FIV+ but don't let that hold you back. FIV+ cats can live long, healthy, and happy lives with proper care, just like any other cat. Their condition doesn’t require special treatment, just regular vet check-ups and lots of love.

Why adopt an FIV+ cat? Because they are just as loving, playful, and deserving of a second chance. Erin and Otis are gentle souls looking for a family to cherish them. They’re the perfect companions to start your year with purrs and head bumps.

Ellie is a stunning female orange kitty with a beautiful white bib and dainty white paws that perfectly match her bright personality. She’s endlessly curious and loves to explore every nook and cranny—no corner goes unchecked when Ellie is on the case! Full of energy and enthusiasm, she chases spring toys like it’s her job and has a special fondness for ball track toys and wand toys, especially those with feathers.

When the day winds down, Ellie knows how to switch gears. In the evenings, she happily trades playtime for cuddles, settling in close for some cozy companionship. As Christmas approaches, our hearts are heavy knowing that Checkers, Erin, Otis and Maleficent “Mal’ are still waiting for their fur-ever families. Adult cats are so often overlooked—but they have so much love to give right now.

🐾 Meet our Christmas crew.. They all have their story to tell..
Checkers – adorable orange and white male - does not get along with dogs due to the environment he was rescued from. Available to meet in person at PetSmart on Feedwire Road 🖤🤍

Erin (gray and white female) and Otis (black and white male) are FIV+, and we want to clear up a common myth. FIV positive cats can live long, healthy, normal lives. FIV is not spread through casual contact like sharing bowls, grooming, or cuddling. Many FIV+ cats live peacefully with FIV-negative cats after slow, proper introductions.✨ Erin and Otis could potentially go home together if someone has room in their heart, their home, and the patience to do gentle introductions—but they are also happy to be adopted separately.

Maleficent “Mal” (black female) will do better in a quieter home and has been with us the longest. She would love to find her family.
Meet and greets can be scheduled for Erin, Otis and Maleficent with their fosters.

🎄” I’ll Be Home for Christmas” —- Otis would love a home for Christmas 🎄

Otis is an approx 4-year-old black & white (tuxedo-ish) boy who is neutered, and vaccinated. He has learned to trust and is incredibly friendly. He does well with calm, friendly dogs and may prefer to be an only cat or slow introductions to other cats in the home.

Otis is FIV-positive, which is often misunderstood. FIV is not spread through casual contact, and many FIV+ cats live long, happy, normal lives indoors—he’s currently enjoying a cozy, heated sunroom with beds, toys, and lots of love, but what he would really love is a place in a home to call his own! FIV cats can live long, happy lives and make amazing companions.

We would love to schedule a meet and greet with you, Otis and his foster!

Meet Checkers! 🏁

😻 Friendly
❤️ Loves belly scratches
👁️ Gorgeous amber eyes
❌ Not a fan of big dogs

Checkers is a 1.5 year old tiny, shy guy at first, but once he warms up, he leans into head scratches and stares up at you with those gorgeous amber eyes, asking for more. Contrary to many kitties, Checkers LOVES belly scratches! That just shows how mellow he really is.

He started life as a sickly kitten, which makes him a little more prone to a goopy eye now and then, and he’s developed an adorable habit of sneezing when excited. All of this is easily treated and should not stop you from falling in love with this sweet boy.

Checkers has experience with other cats and dogs, but isn’t a fan of big dogs. If you have a territorial pet, Checkers may butt heads with them, so he’s looking for a calm place to rest his head and lounge.

Checkers is hanging out at the Petsmart on Feedwire Rd. until his forever family comes along. Go meet him there see if he’s a perfect fit ❤️

Drew is a bundle of 5 month old pure kitten energy and love. His purrmotor is on hyperdrive, revving up at even the thought of pets.

Everything is the best thing ever to Drew. Pets? Yes! Toys? Even better! Cuddles? Say less! Friends? Yes, please.

His favorite place is right beside you, and his cuddles are as his fierce as his play. He may be a bit much for a mellow kitty or easily annoyed cat, but for playful companions, he would be an amazing addition.

He has no dog experience, but given his love for anything and everything, would probably do great with proper introductions.
