LiFeline Cat Rescue and Network Inc Working together saves lives.... We founded this rescue on a platform of working together to save the lives of animals. It is what we love.

We have all worked in the rescue community for many years, and wanted to impact more animals in need. A growing number of us have realized that working together helped many more animals, than working separately. We foster, vet and rehome the cats and kittens that come into our care.

Also making their debut at PetSmart on Feedwire Rd is Graydor (grey male) and Paige and Buck(orange tabby male and female), all are long haired.
Graydor is a little shy but warms up easily. He is going to be a big boy.
Buck and Paige have been through a lot in their young lives. They were tossed out at a young age and had to fend for themselves. It takes a bit for them to trust but with a little patience, will be wonderful companions in a quieter home. Stop in and meet them!

We have kittens!

Meet the Sandwich litter!
Grilled Cheese (male-orange tabby) is all boy! Loves to play. First to meet you at the door. And loves to have ALL of the toys!
Cheesesteak- (male- grey/white tux) He is the quietest of the 3 boys. He loves crinkle toys and his sister, Caprese.
Reuben- (male- black/white tux) is the most chill of the litter. Loves attention and belly rubs.
Caprese- (female -dilute calico) is the smallest and the most shy of the litter. She is the only medium length fur of the litter as well.
Panini- (female- tortie)She is friendly and sweet. Loves a good lap to sit on!
PBJ- (female- dilute calico wearing a collar) She is the princess of the litter(or thinks she is anyway) and wants ALL of the attention. She does play well with her siblings.
This litter is now at PetSmart on Miamisburg-Centerville Rd. Stop by and meet them!

Some of you may remember our little double enucleation girl from early last year - Chamomile. We are happy to report that she is living her very best life with her pawrents and siblings!

Today marks her one year anniversary of being rescued off the streets, and serves as an important reminder to spay and neuter your pets! A controlled population keeps kittens like Chamomile from being born outside where they can get horrible eye infections that cause them to lose both of their eyes.

We love you Chami and are so glad to see you thriving ❤️

Adopted!

There's a new floof in town!
Snowdrift (Drift for short) is now at PetSmart on Feedwire Rd.
He came to us with 4 siblings (who will be joining him soon) when a local family was evicted along with 12-15 cats/kittens. The cats were left behind. With a team effort between several organizations, they all found placement. Drift is one of those.
He was friendly from the get go. (His siblings have taken some time)
He is the first to welcome you and likes a good feather wand. He is friendly with other cats, and loves to play and cuddle, and would make a wonderful addition to any family.

This big, lovable goofball is Puzzle.
He came to us several months ago, after we got a call about an injured cat with a horrific neck wound. We picked him up and went straight to the vet. He had the wound closed and was neutered the next day.
He was apprehensive, at first, to be handled. We could see what a loving cat he was going to be though. He had had a rough time of it. He had a lot "going on". Dealing with his wound, his skin was a mess, he was very thin, and he has a wonky eyelid from an old injury that didn't heal properly. He had been on his own for a long time. Luckily, he was a trooper through the whole healing process.
Puzzle has blossomed in his current foster home, even attending a recent party and was right in the middle of everything. He has become very playful, and loves to hang out on the couch with his foster parents. He gets along with other cats.
He would do well in a home with older children, or as a solo companion. He is FIV+, but it does not affect him at all. His adoption fee has been paid.

Polliwog has been adopted ❤️

Oracle and Miko are 3 month old sisters that were found during a local TNR effort. They were undersized for their age and had a rough start to life, but now they are thriving!

Oracle is the larger of the sisters and believes she is in charge. Don’t believe her? Just ask her sister and Polliwog who wait on her every command.

Miko is the smaller of the sisters and a total wild child! She loves to jump, and run, and explore! You’ll get a kick out of watching her self entertain all day long!

Then there’s Polliwog, who is 2.5 months old and the adoptive brother of the sister duo. He was found all alone and raised by one of our bottle feeders. Once he was big and healthy, he joined Miko and Oracle, making their group into the perfect trifecta! Polliwog is all play and ALL cuddles. He would make the purrfect partner for any friendly dog, cat, or probably even chipmunk. He’s never met a stranger and he’s never had a bad day!

These 3 are in foster care, but available for meet and greets with an approved applicant. Adopted!

This VERY special boy is Trike. He came to us right after Thanksgiving. The caretaker for his colony called, very upset and looking for help. She found him dragging his leg because of a severe wound to his shoulder. He had been shot, and the wound went clear through and came out in his armpit. The joint was completely shattered. He went straight to the vet and was scheduled for amputation surgery soon after.
He sailed through his recovery, and slowly got used being an indoor, 3 legged cat.
He is a little guy, at under 5lbs. He is shy, at first, but will give LOTS of headbutts and purrs once he settles in. He definitely has the makings for a total lap cat.
He gets around just fine(animals adapt quickly) and would do best in a home with older children. He does fine with other cats. He is currently at PetSmart on Feedwire Rd. Stop in and meet him!

Miss Furiosa (Fury) came to us with her brother, (who will be ready soon). They were both a little "spicy" on intake, and not feeling so well. She has come a LONG way, and is now ready for her forever home.
She definitely has some "tortitude", but likes other cats and does well with calmer children.
She loves boxes, fuzzy balls, and a hidey hole to nap in. If you think this adorable floof would fit into your family, send in your application. She is currently at PetSmart on Feedwire Rd.

He is about 3 months old. Little Lomond has things to say, especially at dinnertime! The runt of his litter, he is the smallest and somehow also the most ravenous. He is definitely the most independent of his litter, often exploring and playing on his own. However, he is also happy to get into a good game of chase with his siblings.

Get ready to celebrate! It’s SIAMESE SATURDAY! 🥳

We have two gorgeous Siamese girls currently up for adoption.

Both of these girls would be best suited for single cat homes, as they know they are royalty and prefer to be treated as such.

Ringgold (seal point) - adopted 🩷 - is a sassy 2 years young! Her piercing blue gaze will hypnotize you into giving her ALL the extra treats and lovings. You can pay your respects to her at the PetSmart on Feedwire Road. Visit her throne near the pet hotel.

Caramel Mocha Latte (tortie point) has a whole latte love to give at only a little over 1 year old. She survived a rough life on the streets and is now ready to settle into her furever home in the lap of luxury. Caramel is in foster care, but she says she can squeeze you in for a meet and greet any time of the week.

Meet Arendil and Rylander!
These 5 month old brothers are now at the PetSmart in Beavercreek, near Fairfield Commons.

Arendil is our handsome, black long-haired boy. His name is of the elven variety and means ‘illuminating the path for others’. And with his mesmerizing purrs, he will illuminate the path directly to your heart! He is pretty laid back. Loves to play with crinkle toys and springs. Does well with kids and other cats. Arendil will meet you at the door wiggling his tail awaiting some love.

Rylander is our gorgeous, tabby and white long haired boy. With a naming meaning ‘shining star’ or ‘beacon of hope in dark times’, Rylander is sure to keep the shadows at bay and keep you laughing and happy the rest of his life. He loves to sit up on your chest and shoulder wrapping his arms around your neck and handing out kisses. Gets along great with anyone who will pay attention to him from kids to adults. Gets along well with other cats. Plays incessantly with springs and crinkle balls.

The brothers were found partially frozen with upper respiratory infections. Both are now happy and healthy looking for their furever homes. Their foster says ‘Don’t tell my other fosters but these 2 may have been my favorites because they are so snuggly’ 😍

We are excited to announce that Vinny is home for the holidays!! Former mama cat Vinny shows us that adults are just as playful as kittens! Vinny is *still* looking for her furever home and we would LOVE to see her #homeforthepawlidays. This Christmas season, please consider our ‘less traditionally’ adoptable cats. The little black kittens, the brown tabbies, the mama cats. These cats often sit in shelters and rescues because people think of them as boring, old, etc. They are far from it! Vinny is only a little over a year old and oh so ready for a comfy couch and a human to call her own. She is kid-tested and super friendly. She LOVES to play. Her style of play can be a little rough, but trimmed nails and lots of stimulation make her a happy gal. Her favorite past time is falling asleep on the couch while cuddling.
