Straw poll time! I am planning on doing another party this fall. Similar idea; open house with casual vibe. Harvest theme. I have a lot of teacher friends and wanna aim for a time of fall that would be good. I tend to enjoy end of September weather-wise. Thoughts on time of year? Ideas for improvement from spring?

I have SO MANY feelings about this newest short. The fact that this young ladies people brought her to the party even though she had never met us. And the people who brought her is one of my favorite people. You know, the kind of people who you don't see for lengths of time and you instantly reconnect. The fact that she spent HOURS with my hens in awe and wonder. The fact that her mom was equally enthralled. The fact that Chicken Pox (white hen) matched her intrigue. THIS. This what the party was aimed at.
