Straw poll time! I am planning on doing another party this fall. Similar idea; open house with casual vibe. Harvest theme. I have a lot of teacher friends and wanna aim for a time of fall that would be good. I tend to enjoy end of September weather-wise. Thoughts on time of year? Ideas for improvement from spring?

I have SO MANY feelings about this newest short. The fact that this young ladies people brought her to the party even though she had never met us. And the people who brought her is one of my favorite people. You know, the kind of people who you don't see for lengths of time and you instantly reconnect. The fact that she spent HOURS with my hens in awe and wonder. The fact that her mom was equally enthralled. The fact that Chicken Pox (white hen) matched her intrigue. THIS. This what the party was aimed at.

To say that I'm grateful for how so many of you stepped up and helped me to get to 50+ on https://www.youtube.com//featured is an understatement. I don't give a rat's ass about the number of subscribers I ultimately wind up with, but getting to 50 moved me in the correct direction to be able to do more good, and THAT makes me freakin' weepy with gratitude. As of this morning I'm still waiting for the clearance to livestream from my phone, but I have all the steps completed! Now PLEASE at least make an appearance at the June 22nd/23rd Garden Party so I can properly spoil you back! THANK YOU!!! (and some weary teachers thank you, too!). And soon, these lovely 'teenagers' may make their YT debut!
