Alright guys new rule for my grooming business! If you make an appointment with me and you no call no show me you are off my client list I will not take your pets anymore you will need to find a new groomer!! Now this is with the exception of my regular clients that I have seen more then once if you let me know you can’t make it then we are good and can reschedule your appointment! But I’m done wasting my time waiting on people that don’t have to courtesy to let me know they can’t make it.
