Foal weaning, mare lights, foaling stalls, all no climb fences. 18 stall barn and a 4 stall stud barn, walker, large 50’ round pen, 3 cross ties, 2 wash stalls, breeding stocks, stallion dummy and amazing coastal pastures all with there own run in.
Limestone screenings added for optimal drainage and best footing for horses! Mats and shavings included.

Plenty of private land for riding/ trails and 6 miles south of Tadra Point LBJ grasslands entrance.
