Once again to clarify our appointment policy. We are truly fortunate to be busy but that leads to frustration from clients. We simply cannot make more appointment slots in a finite day so we offer a drop off service. Not perfect but your cat will always be seen by me or my relief veterinarian. If you choose against a drop off we will recommend checking other clinics or using the emergency clinic in Springfield. My staff does their best to answer all questions possible after they go over a patient with me. That frees up more time for me to examine and treat more cats. Multi doctor clinics and walk in clinics exist here in town and they may be a better fit for some pet owners. I completely understand that preference.

We are not a walk in clinic. Occasionally I am not in and we have no appointments or drop offs that day. Please call ahead always.

Your understanding and cooperation is deeply appreciated.
