Hello everyone!! If you know you are supposed to have an appt with me coming up however you did not receive a confirmation text that your appt was booked please let me know asap!! There was a software update and some of my appts did not go through … I think I caught them all but just to make sure!! Thank you!!

You will always receive a confirmation when the appt is booked and two days prior you will receive a text to confirm your appt - please have your appt confirmed within 24hrs ☺️ if any changes need to be made please let me know asap!

Anyone who is scheduled this afternoon I will be cancelling and reaching out to rescheduling- as we all know Texas can be finicky with a tornado warning till this evening I don’t want your pup to accidentally get caught in the storm mid grooming 😅 we want to ensure the safety of our groomer and your furr babies 🫶 thank you for your understanding!
